Best price on mulch in town

I've always found what I needed with a lot of variety to choose from. It's further for me to drive but always seems worth the trip. Friendly staff eager to help every time I visit.

Home Depot makes it quick and easy to check out. Their prices are in line with other stores and their staff are far more knowledgeable about their products than that other store.

Bought a hammer drill and large bit and made the mistake in bit Chuck style and an employee chased me down and made sure I had match. Come to find out had wrong Chuck style bit. Needed SDS

I have purchased from Home Depot for many years. They carry good products and prices are reasonable. I drive 50 miles one way to the Home Depot to make my purchases when I need something.

Irina is the best customer service representative because she was the most positive, polite, knowledgeable, and friendliness person whom I have ever met in all of the stores! She took time to help me in returning a particular shovel that I bought at the store.

Terrible customer service at garden center check out. Employee was not willing to call for manager assistance even after asking him to do so 3 times. Wasted time trying to get advertised discount on trees.

I was looking for plastic or brass adapters fittings to plumb a project and was not finding what I needed. An employee who was walking by asked if he could help and he took me to another aisle that had what I needed. He picked out lowest cost plastic items to get my plumbing problem solved. Thanks!

Customer service is slowly becoming a thing of the past in OTHER stores, so I love to celebrate a great experience. We went to HD $1403 in Fayetteville, AR to purchase plants & supplies. I look up and here comes an orange apron, just happened to be the Night Manager Don. He was so helpful and personable, just the kind of person who should be the face (and backbone) of a busy store like this. Thank you for making me feel important Don and thank you HD for giving military a discount. Best Customer Service Ever!!

My sales rep/ cashier, Timothy, was quick, efficient, and a good listener. He took the time to listen to why I was there and what I needed. Then he fulfilled my wishes.

Starting a DYI swing set deco project after shopping at the Fayetteville Home Depot today. Off to a good start. Lots of items at reasonable prices. Employees were terrific and very helpful. I will be returning soon.

I would like to thank these two ladies that work in seperate department but willing to help you with other department if they can. (Annette Falslev), help me look for 3 storms doors, compared prices and went above and beyond to make sure this was what i wanted and i was satisfied. Thank you for your 20 years, i remember. I would like to thank (Ana Maria Stansell), Anna help me look at carpet and carpet pads and flooring. She took the time to tell me the different grain in the wood, the pad don't need to be the rug size. she looked up price and gave me estimation on cost. She did all this with a smile on her face, it was in the evening when it the most busy , but didn't frown. Thank you Anna for your 6 years. Great employees.

Bought a Milwaukee tool. Was walking around not knowing where anything was. Store employee stoped and asked if i needed help. Which i did and i got the tool i wanted. awesome.

Store associates went out of their way to help me load a large bathroom vanity, choose the correct plumbing supplies, and get my military discount after my phone died. They also had several in-stock choices of items for my project!

Went with my 19yr old son to get some tools, many workers were periodically walking around where we were never really greeted us or asked if we need help finding something but more like following us around, felt weird.

We came into the store to buy materials for a Halloween project. The staff at the store was engaging and enthusiastic in a way I have never experienced before. Absolutely tremendous!

How to build multiple projects each week and have to have the options of using several suppliers I always end up at Home Depot because of the great service great products and the store overall generally is an excellent clean shape thank you very much for a great experience
