The feel of this store is like a family setting. Everyone is so helpful and nice here. To me what makes a store is not the items on the shelf.. IT'S THE PEOPLE INSIDE that works there. THEY ARE THE STORE.

I had a very pleasant trip to the Fairfield Home Depot and got what I needed at a great price, everyone was extremely polite and helpful, will definitely shop there again, praises for management and staff.

Friendly staff and great customer service at this store location. From the time we walked in the door to the check out. Patience stopped what she was doing to open up a register to check us out.

I bought a washer & Dryer very nice Merchandise i.had big dent but the team took care of it

I drive pass a competitor to shop at The Home Depot in Fairfield because the staff are friendly, the store is clean and not cluttered and they want my business by the way they greet and treat me on a consistent basis!!!

I will always remember Kimberly Washington as the friendliest salesperson. She was happy to help me and was very friendly.

Hardware poorly organized. Cashier was not familiar with 18 months interest free offer if purchased over $500.00. No assistance offered to help with loading lumber on my trailer.

I have my eyes on one of the sheds. Waiting for the price of lumber to drop so I can build my own.

Great store to shop at, but its difficult to find assistance when needed. I waited at the key machine 15 minutes to find help.

The Sales Associate Candace was very polite and courteous, she asked if I found everything I was looking for. Not only was she polite to me …….. but to others Customers too.

Loved the friendly employees.

There were no carts in the garden center on which to load heavy items.

This store is consistently well stocked and clean. The staff is courteous and the paint department is well staffed with impressively capable employees; especially those responsible for coloring/tinting services. Sufficient staff is always available to assist at the self checkout areas .

Excellent shopping experience. Clean, orderly, attractive set up. Helpful, warm associates, able to direct to proper area for products needed without making one feel intrusive.

The store was very clean. Workers always greet me with a smile. Home Depot is my place to be!!

The people that work in this store are very helpful and friendly they make it fun to shop there. Customer service in that building is 1000%. And they are willing to help in anyway they can. The aisle was clear not cluttered. I was able to find some of the things I needed some was outta stock. But overall my experience in that store was a great one!

I shopped another big box store and could not find what I was looking for .Walked right in to the garden department was greeted and ask if I needed help, when to the area of the store well marked found my product and saw other sale items I needed. checked out and gone fast trip.

Overall like all home depot's to me the people make the store. As the say one bad apple spoils the whole batch. Well Ms.Patience is the bad apple. She need to be more of a supervisor and teacher rather than be like the slave master and the slaves. In order to get respect you show respect. That she does not do. I'm a frequent at the store in Fairfield and spends alot of money there. I have witnessed and heard her be rude to worker. Example a worker came in early I guess and had arranged to leave a hour early. I was in line and the worker asked her could she go ahead and leave. Patience said can you stay your time. The worker said I need to leave per our agreement. Ms Patience said ok just go ahead and leave." I see how I need to handle you from now own. See if I ever do anything for you". Me and another customer said wow how rude. Ms Patience seem to need some more supervisor training and not use her position to bully pple and talk to them any kind of way
