This home depot I have shopped at before and continue to do so over other stores due to the sheer volume of diffrent things they have there and the overall quality the employees give off make me happy to spend my money there. Some other stores just don't care but this H.D. Cares about you and the little guy

I went in knowing I needed supplies for many surfaces in our home but not sure what we needed. Crystal was exceptional. She made sure I got everything I needed, educated me on the different roller types for popcorn ceilings vs walls (who knew?), even went to get the things from the isles, and matched a paint from a different vendor than HD has. So…I got everything in one trip! Thank you, Crystal!

I found new bathroom fixtures online & went into Enfield store to get ordered. I had to make changes of most everything due to availability. But store design consultant took charge & helped with complete order. I don't think I could have navigated all the choices & changes! I've never had a bad experience at this store.

They do not just tell you where an item is located. I had a list, so they brought me to each item on my list. Which saved me a load of time and frustration.

My wife and I were buying window blinds. We had selected a color and Bobbi, the sales associate, suggested we look at the book because the images don’t always look like the real thing. She was correct. We ended up selecting a different color. Bobbi is one of our favorite HD Employees. Certainly my dog’s favorite. She always has treats at her desk and makes time to say hello to our dog. All dogs. It’s a very nice feature that we are allowed to bring our dogs into the store. Makes the experience much more friendly.

Jamie helped with our kitchen remodel. Not completed as we just ordered last evening.

Guy in the plumbing repair section grabbed what he thought we wanted and threw it in the carriage almost breaking the tomato plants we had just picked out and said "There, that's 20 bucks." So rude and mean. Will try to shop elsewhere before visiting this store again.

I went to the store with a return of a large amount of lumber, and also to pick up another order of lumber and other goods. All employees I dealt with were extremely helpful and pleasant throughout my visit. It made my visit easy and makes me want to continue using this as my go to store.

The customer service was outstanding! Markus did a great job for us.

Salesperson Keeley found items in the back that were not on the shelves. She was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, resourceful and very professional. Keeley helped us find items in the store, order online items and then loaded them into our truck. Megan ordered items we needed. Mark at Register helped us thru checkout. He was also very kind , knowledgeable and professional. Nichole was an extra pair of hands in loading into our truck. Thank you everyone for giving us a really nice shopping experience!

Super amazing staff specially Melissa and AL Hardward. They are so cheerful and amazing people. They made my experience wonderful

I was helped by a very knowledgeable and helpful young man named Jared in the plumbing department.

I had the most wonderful person help me find an item that I need it. Her name is Liv She took extra special care to help me find what I needed.

Jamie in kitchen design is very knowledgeable in kitchen design as well as the install process which gives me great confidence that our new kitchen will go in smoothly! She is also very kind and a pleasure to work with.

Georgie had to be one of the nicest people I had ever interacted with at any retail store. Wonderful customer service!!!!

I always buy products for my home projects. This store is always well stocked. The cashiers are always welcoming and very helpful.

Went in to the store not knowing what I needed and as usually NO ONE WOULD HELP.

This is the only HD we go to as we think it’s the nicest store with the best selection and most friendly people. Javan at the returns desk is a rockstar and provides the best service. We had two very large volume returns over a two day period and he handled them and provided the best possible customer experience.

Mrs. Georgie made a stressful day a pleasant one! Take your lessons from her on what good costumer service looks like. She was patient, sympathetic, compassionate, kind and such a beautiful soul. She made this expensive appliance experience more pleasant when you get to meet just a genuine being. Always put your best foot forward you can brighten someone’s day.

Lock Set and keyed perfect for my needs.

Staff look like they didn’t want to be there. Not friendly or helpful. Yelling at staff to get out. Thought it was funny to see how rude/ crude without crossing the like.

This Home Depot is a gold standard.

I needed a new dryer because ours broke down. I was able to find one and am getting it delivered in the same week!! outstanding

The gentleman who helped me Griffin, was very knowledgable, helpful and patient. He also was able to offer me the promotion to be part of HD Pro. something no one else has done despite numerous times and spending lots. So I'm glad I was finally able to enjoy that perk.
