Great customer service and helpful checkout line help!

Carolina rang up two separate purchases and assisted with the cash payment into the machine. I forgot a 16 inch spring by the counter, totally my fault. I called and Manny answered the phone. He told Carolina and she wrote a note to hold for customer until after work. I went after work and Manny new right where the spring was. Super great team, doing there job the right way. Thank you.

Everyone in this store was super friendly and helpful

I found the EL MNTE branch (compared to PAS and MON) to have the best in-stock items in garden center. Also the Associates are generally helpful and courteous to assist and serve. Mid-mornings are best for shopping, traffic and parking.

The staff members are courteous, friendly, and helpful. The store is generally clean and neat. My visits are mostly pleasant.

Home Depot El Monte is my go to store for all DIY projects and gardening needs. If I have questions, they have answers and ideas. If I cant find something there is someone there to help me, don't know how to do something, I can usually find someone there to help me with that too. It isn't always a perfect outing but more often than not I am happy when I leave.

Customer service is lacking with employees that don't show interest in helping customers find what they need.

Overall experience was great, but clearness was always a bit challenging for the store. No the worse Home Depot that I have seen or visited before, but this one definitely have some area that they can work on and do better.

Very clean and efficient. Knowledgeable friendly staff. Henry (in appliances) was fantastic, really knows his appliances and not pushy at all. Helped us make an informed decision.

The associates are friendly when they were asked questions.

Maria the cashier was super nice, attentive, and helpful. She made the Home Depot shopping experience wonderful. She was very helpful... She helped us in what we needed and helped us at the cash register when we were ready.. Will be looking forward in shopping at Home Depot for my needs.

Awsome employee welcomed us to the store as soon as we arrived she was very helpful and such an amazing person she even thanked us for shopping at home depot . I hope this girl gets recognized for being such a great service I definitely go back. Her name was Alexis.

Always well stocked and very friendly and helpful employees

I was in the garden department, and on my way to the cash register to check out, when up walks David, the Home Depot associate, took my cart, and said, “I will help you right over here,” as he pulled my cart to the register. That was very nice to have somebody so eager to help...Good, old-fashioned Customer Service! THANKYOU David!

This store is above average in leadership (ie: Manny, Time, Nick) and the store is well maintained, and as a woman who is learning to navigate the Home Depot atmosphere, it's a god-send to have these managers help me through the process. The store is clean, and well stocked and the employees and cashiers are "customer friendly". As a teacher, I would suggest the corporate check them out for their progression of attitude towards customers, Harmony of service!

Associates are very knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to answer all of my questions and provided me with great information. Will definitely continue to shop at this location and recommend it when possible.

The associates here are great! Store is clean. Items in stock. check out is fast. The Cashier David is great and very helpful and knowledgeable. Fix the survey link. You push customer service on associates they deliver but you provide a broken link? I had to google the survey link just to take it. I took it for one reason, David's outstanding customer service! I worked retail, I worked as an associate and became a GM of my own store. Fix the link! Most customers won't go the extra mile to take these surveys. Only if it's something bad will they take the survey. When it's something good and complimentary they tend to forget. I did and opted out of the prize. My incentive is knowing this man gets acknowledged for his customer service! Once again FIX THE LINK!

Store was clean, employees were so sweet and kind, and it was easy to find things with the employees to guide me.
