Home Depot carries high quality products. We searched on-line for best brand and Home Depot had them in stock for us to purchase!!

The salesman James Whitley,was very pleasant and courteous, tentative to my selection of choices and well articulated in products that is reasonable for the right price that's fits the products of choices, he was very diligent and knowledgeable, with customer service experience he has makes the store a great place to shop. Thanks Home Depot for hiring such a great gentleman

Jonathan was very helpful and happy to assist me in exchanging my purchase from earlier in the day with a product that was NOT damaged. He seemed to really care.

Leo, the supervisor in the door department, helped me find a new door with the correct dimensions and features to replace my current 25-year old door. He has deep knowledge and provided extremely helpful advice on how to prepare the new door so it can just be hung on existing hinges. Marlin on checkout was very helpful and friendly.

Mason from the garden department helped me find the perfect lawnmower. If you have any lawn or garden needs, he's your guy!

Quincy was able to help us with everything! Paint, appliances, financing, trim, etc. She is a jack of all trades with the friendliest personality ever! She does everything with a smile and just made everything so easy and was able to provide us with such a positive experience. She is really a top notch employee when it comes to customer service and her help should not go unnoticed.

I purchased a heavy duty battery self propelled lawn mower with the recommendations of the staff at Home Depot. It works excellent. I would never go anywhere else due to their expertise and professionalism.

I was locked out of my van as I rushed to get my flowers into my van before a major T-storm. Both mine and my husband's phones as well---they helped me call our landline until my kiddos answered then Jess helped me look up our contractor (through Home Depot-he's doing two phases of gut remodel with Home Depot products!) where John was hanging out and connected me so I could get home=plus waited out the storm in a lovely gazebo that I hopefully encouraged a family to buy ;)

I have been going to Home Depot ever since I got a job nearby. I can usually find what I need and the employees are always willing to assist you.

It's on sale, really we promise .... Oooo we can't get there to measure until after the end of the sale. No we can't / won't sell you the carpet until we measure.... The measurements I provided were exactly accurate, in fact that they were over estimated by 5%. There was supposed to be a credit put towards the order since they couldn't honor the sale price..... And that didn't happen either. So while the project will occur, it left alot of room for improvement

Hayden at The Home Depot East was a great help in successfully ordering and setting up a delivery for a refrigerator I ordered on April 5th. I originally ordered it online and it was put on back order and when I called customer service they were no help. But Hayden at the store was great! I will be back.

I do believe that Home Depot does have the mirandize and clarified individuals to handle most i f not all of my home needs.

I am never disappointed by this location! The location is super convenient for me, the store is always clean and organized, and the staff is always ready to help me.

I worked with Nancy Krakow, who was exceptional. She went above and beyond to keep to my budget and get me exactly what I wanted. She was very knowledgeable about the appliances she sold me (I bought 6 today). I have been to other stores, including other Home Depot's and I have to say that I have never had such a great interaction with this associate. She was very patient with my many questions and I came into the store two days in a row after doing my research. She never made me feel like I was wasting her time.

I have been to all of the big home improvement stores - Home Depot, and more specifically the East Madison store is really the best i have seen. Good inventory levels but most importantly really good people. Everyone was more than happy to assist with our questions.

I’ve never had issues that people at Home Depot can’t help me fix.

Home Depot has by far the best selection of cleaning supplies! They have stuff other places don't have and the items they supply are better quality and work better.

Because of a glitch in the app, I had issues placing an order. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They were patient and diligent in taking care of my needs.

Bought my 2 x 4's clearly marked and a decent supply

Convenient due to close to home, like buying the wood products there due to indoor shopping. Wood products are at room temperature- so you can use right away when you get home.

Really like the lumber indoors, so you don't have to drive around the back of the store, also it is stored at indoor temperature- makes handling it easier. Close to my home - so very convenient. Friendly cashiers.

Called the store, entered the sku number as requested, told there was a supply, drove over 20 miles to get there, there was nothing there! Had to settle for a lesser product.

I bought a drier tonight and Quincey was super helpful. And she went above and beyond to help me making the process of buying a drier a lot less stressful than I thought it was going to be.
