Happy with my choice on the Rigid R86011, & accessory kit AC87024SB2. With 485 ft-lbs of fastenings and 620 ft-lbs of breakaway torque. V.S More $ and only 30 ft-lbs of torque difference from other competitor of my choice.

I usually don't write reviews, but I do work in customer service. These two are A+. Please let their managers know; they know how to make shopping there most pleasant experience.

We went into Home Depot looking for a new screen door, and were greeted with happy people willing to do their jobs well. We left very happy customers!

I was greeted warmly and immediately offered a helping hand as I walked into the store. One person made sure the entire time I was there, that I was satisfied and my purchase was completed in a proper professional friendly way.

Since moving to the area I have done all my home and business shopping at this location and I typically bring my dog with me after we stop at the dog park. I have been in dozens of times with her and have never had any issues or have been told otherwise. On this trip I was approached by an employee while shopping and was told that I would have to stop my shopping and was being asked to remove my dog from the store due to a recent policy change. I find this absolutely ridiculous.

I bought a stand up mailbox post yesterday and thought I was going to pay more than I wanted to spend and the customer service representative Mary N asked me if I wanted to apply and possibly get a discount and I did get that discount. Half the price just for taking 3 minutes to sign up during checkout.

East Madison is my favorite Home Depot!!! The Employees have always given me great customer service and are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of the products!!!

If you get a chance to use the East Madison store and deal with a frustrating return or just general service, hopefully you get the customer service rep Miranda. She goes above and beyond with a smile.

I had great customer service from everyone at the store while buying a new snowblower and renting a truck to deliver it home with. It was pretty hectic at the store because of an impending snow storm but everything went incredibly fast and smooth. Great service all around!

We are in a time crunch to sell our home so that we can purchase the home of our dreams. The selection of carpet seemed daunting until we went to Home Depot East Madison. The associate was such a knowledgeable and helpful gentleman.

Needed a snowblower and found what we needed and was checked out and our truck loaded very quickly. All employees were helpful.

James Whitley was extremely helpful to me and my mom when we were buying a new dryer. He was patient and kind throughout the process. This location has a wide variety of high-end appliances, which made it hard to select the best one, but James made it very easy and fun. We're impressed with his service and will definitely come back.

Very pleasant people; a bit smaller store than some (like Verona), but usually has everything I need - main exception is that I wish they would open a tool rental section.
