Ray went above and beyond to help me obtain all of the items I needed for a lighting project today! He led me around the store to find all of the items I needed and gave me very helpful tips! Any time we have encountered him at the store he is always smiling, helpful, and knowledgable! The Wyoming store is lucky to have him and although we’ve moved to another side of town, it’s worth the drive for the amazing customer service! Thanks Ray!

I was in the store looking for two items. One was a showerhead the other was a workbench. I must’ve looked a little lost while shopping. An associate asked me if I needed any help. She helped me find a showerhead that I was looking for. Then walked me over by the workbenches. We did not find what I was exactly looking for, we went to customer service and that lady was able to direct us right to it. They gave me the options of how they could put it in my vehicle. Either in the package or unpacked for ease of getting it in the house. They also told me they had free assembly. Since I don’t have a lot of tools I’m gonna take it advantage of the free assembly. They will put it in my vehicle for, me and I already have help available to get it out and where I want it placed.

This is the best experience I've ever had at a hardware store. The employees I spoke with listened to my questions and answered them in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. I just purchased a home and will be shopping here for all of my upcoming projects.

Just received the worst service. Waited in a checkout line for over an hour When the manager finally came, he was rude and unapologetic about the wait. He said he was unaware that I was waiting. However, the cashier called upwards of 30 times trying to get me assistance. I feel bad for the level of support the cashier receives. Cashier was very positive and tried to be as helpful as positive, Management was not helpful. I got the impression that the management team cares very little about the customer. I even tried to call the store after to talk to the store manager. They were still unavailable.... They have been unavailable for hours now......

Store associate asked us if we needed assistance before we had to request it, then helped us by cutting blinds to size.
