Eager to get the last of the clear coating I needed to get my table finished and I managed to find it on discount got the last three there was it was a steal now be glad to get it finished and put it up in the house.

It needs much improvement!!!

The guy at the pro desk, I think his name is Joe. he has been a life saver on the couple of times I have been in the store. He gets me back to my job so quick I forget that I even came in the store. He is the Home in Home Depot.

Connie will be my new go-to plant guru! She gave me some great advice on plants and was very helpful!

If you ever go inside please work with Khanya in the flooring department. She made my experience an absolute delight. She is sweet, smart, and very patient.

Went to store, paid for items to be picked up, called next morning to adjust order/ cancel one of the items, was still charged for the item not picked up, called to correct, said will take couple days no reference # or email for credit due.

Using my military discount for the first time in the store, I was told what I needed to do so. I had no idea. Bar code was found and I was out the door in no time at all.

Home Depot of Dothan always meets my expectations. The entire sales crew is amazing, especially in the tree lot.

Very impressed with the customer service at this store! These days it is hard to find people willing to help and the workers at this store were awesome!!

I know that right now with the road construction going on in front of Home Depot, some might consider going to that other big box store. I'm finding even with the difficulty getting in and out of the store, it's worth it. I find myself depending more and more on Home Depot.

We went to Marvins and we bought the same item that we bought in Home Depot and it was almost $10 cheaper

location prices and employees make it best. we bought window air conditioers stove refrigerator lumber plumbing supplies. i do my own home improvement.

Store manager refused to price match after I had a text saying they would.

We went in for a few items they were easy to find had great customer service and was clean and organized. Great experience.

Even though a mistake was made on my receipt I love the atmosphere and the employees are super helpful

I’ve noticed marked improvement over the last year of so of the associates being willing to help. I don’t typically have to go looking for them anymore as I’m usually asked at least twice while I’m in the store if I need any help with anything. These are my people!

The young customer service lady was very helpful trying to find an over the range microwave. She wrote it up, corrected my account info & searched for one to fit flush against a wall on hinge side needing a RO of 30.5". No standard cabinets have that. The pictures she could find were not clear enough and looking closer on home computer doesn't look like it will work either but she really tried. Also, I went back and asked about mounting hardware, she tried very hard to find out. Impecca shows no mounting hardware included which is unusual. Jeff was also helpful, but we still didn't find what hardware is needed. Thanks NAB6QVS, sorry I couldn't remember your name, Dennis P
