The Associate was very friendly, helpful/knowledgeable of the product that was being sold. I was looking for a washer and dryer at the time. The worker was aware when the product would be going on sale, he ask me to return around the end of the month close to the holiday Black Friday for a better price, and he was right, The Washer and Dryer that was once $999.00 each was now $598.00 each. Wow! what a saving!

Walter in Tool Rental was so helpful, he made sure I had everything I would need to finish my project.

the store is very clean they were always such helpful people in the store they are always such nice and happy. Years and everybody seems to smile and no one ever turns you away they always help so much I appreciate all they do you should appreciate your salespeople more and your Cashiers and your front end apartment and your contractor Department they are awesome all of them they work very hard at their jobs I can tell

This store is always neat and clean, employees are willing to go above and beyond to help no matter what department they work in or what time of day or night. Both manager and assistant managers are always around and greet customers with a pleasant and positive attitude.

The store personal are knowledgeable and go out of their way to be helpful. Service desk, Walter, Steve, Leanne, Taylor are outstanding. Pro desk Janie, Gina and TJ handle everything that comes their way without hesitation. Appliance department Sue and Randle are great. Donna in paint takes extra time with customers to ensure they get exactly what they want. The store manager Mitch and asst manager Amber are always looking to help in any way possible.

Always a good experience at this Home Depot. I just appreciate all the employees. They are very helpful no matter what, from Tom to Ray to Mitch and Amber, Rebecca, LeAnne, Taylor, I know most of them by name and they are always so friendly, and very helpful, Thank you.

If you are female you never get helping in this store especially since you don't own a business.no help getting mulch how to put it in the cart myself and in the car myself no one around this would be the ongoing problem with the store.

Honestly I had stop shopping at HD AND I found myself shopping at other home stores for my supplies, but HD was actually closer so I took a chance. Employee was helpful and gave advice. He even explained everything. Oh and also his recommendation was below my budget..

Manager does not care would rather talk to a friend. Told me he is a one man show. Left the shades I wanted to purchase after a 20 min wait. Asked to speak to a manager and he took a 10 minute walk to walk one section over. My son who is 12 even thought the manager did not care. I feel really bad if this is all the Home Depot can hire. Next time i will go to Lowe’s across the street the at least pay attention to their customers. I have shopped here for years and was never treated so rudely.

After spending in excess of $1,500 on a new refrigerator, the delivery men told me that they wouldn't disconnect the old refrigerator's ice maker, to make the experience even worse, my wife got up extra early to empty the ref'tor onto the kitchen cabinets (in preparation for the transfer) since the new ref'tor never got in our house, most of the food is still unrefrigerated !

Clean, friendly employees. Outside lot could use a little extra touch as far as trash but that's from customers being lazy.

I can always find someone eager to help in this store. Sometimes I come in knowing what a tool looks like or what it does. I can make a hand motion or a noise and they can figure out what I’m talking about. Lol. I love my HomeDepot.

Clean, Professional and nearby!

I shopped at this store last evening with my son for Christmas decorations. What should have been a fun shopping experience turned in to an experience I will never forget. I loaded my cart with a number of holiday decorations that were marked on sale. When I got to the register I was over charged for an item by almost double. When I mentioned the price discrepancy to the cashier she immediately told me I was wrong and that sale was over. I went back and obtained the sale tag that was on the item and she told me it was an old sale and the price would not be honored. I then had to ask for a manager to help and the manager reluctantly gave me the discount and proceeded to rip the sign up in front of me and my son. I work too hard for my money to be treated this way.

I was amazed at the quick service I received in the Delran Store. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The store was well organized and stocked. I found what I was looking for in a matter of minutes, because everything was labeled and put in the rightful place.

Sue Bach in the appliance department was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful in quest to purchase a new dryer. She went above and beyond her job duties to help us. If you're in the market for a new appliance, I would definitely recommend going to visit Sue Bach at the Delran Home Depot.

The Delran Home Depot is by far the BEST home improvement store that I have come across!!! It is neat, clean, organized, but more importantly, has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The Store Associates are professional, accommodating, friendly, and patient. They want to satisfy their customers and their needs. I know that I will remain a loyal customer, because I feel valued when I shop there.

The associates at this store are awesome. Though I don't live nearby this store, I have gone there many times because it is close to the school that my sons go to. I have never had a bad experience at this store.
