I entered The Home Depot on S.W. 152nd Street, in a rush to make the needed purchases as planned. Not quite adept at using The Home Depot app, I had to ask often, store personnel for guidance to expedite my shopping excursion. Each Home Depot store representative displayed harmonious and cooperative customer services spirit around each aisle corner that I turned. EDUARDO-Paint Dept: demonstrated what was strong functional knowledge with his product suggestions; and showed pride in doing his job to fully insure a committed quality color selection to match my target as expressed. DALYMAR- working Self/Checkout: greeted me in my passing her duty area; recognizing my need for wanting further assistance. I did remember DALYMAR previously, from her displays of energy and vitality in performing refund/exchanges responsibilities during earlier shopping encounters. This time, with her directions and willingness at excelling in effective customer relations support, I was able to quickly complete and wrap-up my shopping excursion. PATRICIA-Checkout Cashier: with my paying with a check, I was assisted with friendly enthusiasm in making my purchasing checkout process, smooth and comfortable towards the finish. Thanks again greatly to ‘THE HOME DEPOT’ with it’s supporting cast.

Employees are MORE pleasant than in the past, very knowledgeable about their assigned area OR will help another employee to help you.

The store has junior associates mostly who have the work ethics, respect, and mentality of a younger generation. Additionally its difficult to locate an associate when you need assistance. The location is best for projects you have researched, and do not require any input, and have located the necessary materials on the website or mobile app prior to arrival.

The store is always clean and very convenient to come and shop the associates are very friendly and the store is clean. Associates like Erika that is the lead cashier I think makes it even easier as well as the other associates. DEERWOOD Home Depot keep up the good work.

iF and when you go to Home Depot at 152 Street in Miami Florida ask for Laurie from Plumbing !!!!!!!!!! She is an expectacular employee !!!!!!!!! The reason thiss time the store gets five stars is because of her. other times were not the same!!!!!!!

All personnel encountered in shopping quest are powerful assets to the organization. In particular was CHAVELY, Refund Dept. and AARON, a representative Cashier.; having both displaying positive and efficient mannerisms that reflected favorably upon the organization of Home Depot. CHAVELY and AARON demonstrated strong functional knowledge with taking pride in helping me solve my exchanges and also self checkout problems. As Home Depot representatives, they both worked with me by showing pointer lessons in how to make the best steps in exchanging to the correct product and also how to use the hand scanner correctly at checkout.

Went to local Home Depot for soil and plants. I waited in a short line for the cashier and it took awhile. It looked like the guy being helped needed to go to his car to get his wallet. So instead of helping the next person in line, we all waited for the guy to return from his car with his wallet. I wish the cashier would have thought to help the next person in line, but we just waited as there was only one cashier available at the time. As the cashier was half way through ringing me up, her phone rang and she stopped what she was doing for me to take this call. I stood there surprised that a cashier was distracted by a phone call while in the middle of a transaction. Cashier made it sound like she is the only one who can answer phone. I guess it's Home Depot procedure, but a distracted cashier is not good for customer or company.

KATHERINNE - the Refund Customer Service Personnel, was a very cordial, efficient, and great adviser on beneficial policies that 'The Home Depot' makes available to encourage customer's retention. Both KATHERINNE and her associate, demonstrated effective customer support by insuring that I gained the right merchandise and focused also on my being eager to return to match-up additional materials that I might need. KATHERINNE did added legwork to help me identify a product-line item for a pickup

The personnel are always willing to go beyond in being helpful with directions, advice, and services. MICHAEL - in the Paint Dept.24, was what one can consider to be an exceptional sales/service personnel. He was knowledgeable, cordial in answering inquiries, and very willing to provide the exact items being sought. MICHAEL demonstrated the same attitude to the line of customers ahead, before getting to being able to match the offerings of 'The Home Depot' to my actual needs. Very Good Svc

I have to congratulate The Home Depot for employing an exceptional worker Ms. Mercedes Feliu; this is the reason as to why I decided to write to you: On November 8th, 2018, I went to The Home Depot store located at 11905 SW 152 St. Miami, FL 33177, to purchase a refrigerator (my 10 year old refrigerator had just stop working). Bob met with me and went over my selection of fridge size, manufacturer, color, etc. We closed the deal base on the fact that I was getting what I wanted a “black refrigerator” to match my other appliances in the kitchen. When I got home, I re-read the papers extended to me and had additional questions: it had “gray” for the “color – Appliance Cabinet”; I panic and immediately called Bob whom told me that it was going to be totally black as I requested and not to worry. I waited for the delivery on November 15th and guess what? It was the wrong color so I returned it. I immediately went in person to The Home Depot store and asked for Bob (he wasn’t working on that date). I was referred to Ms. Mercedes Feliu whom was very amicable and understanding of my needs. She immediately took over and explained that there has been an error but she could fix it (although I needed to wait another week without a refrigerator while having guesses at home for the Holiday). She was very competent; I was very impressed with her effectiveness and demeanor. I was not able to get a 2 year “No Interest” which I’m positive I qualified as it has been extended to me in past when I purchased large items (like other appliances as well as garden furniture). Anything you can do to help me I would greatly appreciated (I’m retired with a very tied budget) Please extend my thanks to Ms. Feliu for her outstanding cooperation and to Home Depot for their support.
