Store is always clean and the products are easy to find.

Really appreciate Tammy, and Dani assisting me with my appliance exchange. Both gave exceptional service. When I explained the problem, they quickly resolved it.

WELL ORGANIZED AND ADDRESS ASSITANCE IS ALWAYS AT SERVICE IT WAS NEAT AND CLEAN VERY FRIENDLY

The store was clean. The friendly and knowledgeable associates that assisted me and made sure to have my best interest in mind. Also gave me tips to check out my appliances (inspect them well) upon delivery and to not accept them if they are damaged or don't fit in the spaces that I have for them.

I was in the garden center and even though Yvonne was not working in that department she stopped to pet my dog and talk with us for a bit. It was nice to talk with someone who didn't talk with me just because they had to but was genuinely friendly. After our chat she told me her name and let me know that if I ever needed anything she was in the paint department. When I came home and told my husband that I was writing a good review he said " Each time I have had her in the paint department she has always been so helpful."

Customer service pointed me in the right direction. Another associate was helpful with directions to what I needed. It's diy, so I was good with finding what I needed. Own two homes and looking to buy a third, so this store is in the right location for me.

Had interactions with store employees in the appliances and window door departments. Quite refreshing to find these employees willing to assist and knowledgeable regarding their products.

Great employees with exceptions customer service. I asked an employee where I could find something. She not only told us but also walked us there. We were wowed.

Staff at this store are ALWAYS helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks to Juan in the paint department who helped me find the right outdoor sealer. Kudos to Ron in electrical for helping me remove the drill bit that was stuck in my piece of landscape timber. Their assistance allowed me to complete my peace poles project.

Miss Dee went above and beyond measure help me find all of my needs withing the Garden Department. She answered all the questions I had, educated me on how to move forward with my projects, and further continjed to help direct me to other areas of the store. This was the second time within this month that Mrs. Dee has helped me with such professionalism, and is the reason I will return to this store versus other competitors. THANK YOU Mrs. Dee! When ever I need help your people are there and ready to help. I injured my rotator cuff in my shoulder and was not looking forward to stacking the wood I needed. Your employee walked up and asked if I needed help. He stacked it up and I was on my way. I am so glad Home Depo is keeping enough people Employed in these hard times. It makes us have it a little easier, we all need that nowadays. I think you know what I mean. Thanks again home Depo!

Overall rating of 2 stars because cashier was somewhat helpful, so excluding the cashier, customer service was poor. Ordered 3 items via internet. Received e-mail that order was ready for pick up. 35 minute ride, fuel and my time... led to only 2 of 3 items were there, and one of those was missing parts and had to be returned. When computer said 3 of the same item was still in store, I was sent to look for it by myself and not offered assistance by any employee even though, 3 of the 5 people that were standing behind the customer service counter, were standing there chatting about how their weekend was, it was a Monday. Short of the cashier, customer support was bad, order never confirmed by who ever prepares them for pick up and then part of the order which they said was there, had parts missing.

I had great customer service from Representative Dani Phanord during my recent sales visit to purchase kitchen appliances. And to me, customer service and assistance is of utmost importance, especially when making large appliance purchases and decisions.

Dani is your appliance dept. is the best. Thanks to her I picked out a new washer. She answered all my questions and was such a big help. I would never shop anywhere else. Thank you Dani. And this store is always so clean and friendly

Staff was very helpful, patient and efficient. It was a most pleasurable experience. Store was clean and I felt comfortable with the COVID19 guidelines in place.

the guy in the garden area was very helpful and I'm sorry don't remember his name but he got a weedeater and dewalt pole saw down for us and was so nice . great guy
