Appliances clerk not very customer friendly. When washer was installed improperly, it was impossible to get anyone on the phone at the store. Tried 2 other numbers for delivery support with excessive hold times. When I finally reached a helpful person, the problem could not be rectified for over 2 weeks, resulting in a useless new washer. Will have to fix problem myself since Hone Depot delivery cannot stand behind what they sell and install.

Service quick and present. Sales cashier Cathy very helpful, friendly and made my visit enjoyable. Cathy also offered me a cart to hold fence and post stakes for easy delivery to my car.

The store was clean and products were easy to find. The employees were very friendly and also very knowledgable. Looking forward to my next visit.

The store was great, hand sanitizer and mask was provided, the store was clean and the best experience for me was Karen Walton the Appliance Specialist, I was with my 16 year old daughter, had no clue what I was doing, and Ms. Karen walked me through everything and made me feel very confident in my choices. This store had the items that I needed and couldn't at find at any other store since the summer. Plus the customer service that I received from an employee by the name of AJ was superb!

We had a great experience purchasing new appliances for our kitchen. Our sales associate, Kisha, was most helpful. She made the whole experience quick and pleasant. The prices were very reasonable.

The store is clean. People are friendly knowledgeable. There is not a big distance between the entrance and the exit. I like that the carts are sanitized.

Customer service very poor on Thursday, August 20, 2020. Waited 45 minutes after paying for purchases to receive help loading building supplies.

The store is clean and stocked very well but it's like a ghost town with very few helpful employees. There were two lines open and each line had nearly 30 people waiting to checkout. If you are independent and know what your looking for and have the muscles to grab heavy items from high over your head then this is the store for you. If you need help or have any heart complications then this store will kill you fast. The cashiers take it very personal and told me I'm not wanted back and yelled like a crazy person the entire time about me being 6ft. Literally I was 10ft because my sheetrock was 8ft and I was 2ft behind the next customer. My body was behind the red line but my items weren't. Is it the items that are contagious or the people. If my sheetrock is contagious then this store should be closed because there was stacks of it near the lumber section with a whole lot of other tools and supplies.

The employees that I encountered were rude and condescending. The issue I had with my project could have been resolved if I spoke to a seasoned employee, but the ladies I spoke with were rude....

Awesome Shopping Experience! This store was well stocked up, clean, organized, and neat. The Employees were pleasant! They acknowledge you by Speaking to you! We ended up purchasing a Washer and Dryer Set! My husband and I felt good after our purchase! Great job Home Depot! You’re The Best!

I did not get the name of the associate that helped me but I must say she went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed to complete the project I had. She knew her way around the paint department like if she was at home, she answered every question I asked with ease and expertise. The associate was not only knowledgeable, she was friendly and very respectful which are a huge deal to me. She took the hassle out of shopping at Home Depot and made it into a wonderful experience.

I purchased a stove top from store and became frustrated trying to get a correct answer on the date for installation. Made multiple calls with long hold times and constant spin from person to person. No one provided accurate info on how the process worked. So frustrating . Today, I called and spoke with Samantha in the appliance department that looked at my order and immediately determined the problem... She fixed the problem in less than 10 mins. Called me back to reconfirm I received her email and what would happen next.. Now -- that's exceptional customer service.!! She told me she had been out on vacation and just returning today -- well deserved vacation and she needs to train others answering the fone -- especially who say they are customer service desk. Just don't blurt out stuff that is inaccurate to get customers off the fone

Cashiers and managers not trained properly.. Did not know anything about military discounts. Manager referred me to Lowes to get a military discount.

Our cashier, Myra, was being a complete jerk. She clearly has no sense of professionalism nor how to navigate the world of customer service. Very rude and snappy. She cut me off to correct me very rudely when I wasn't even speaking to her. I was simply trying to figure out what the receipt said. I was clearly confused, but instead of offering assistance she interrupted me and made a show of herself. I was nothing but polite to her, and she maintained a rude attitude the entire time. She needs to check herself or be checked.

This location is always clean and stocked. The employees are always helpful and friendly. The employees I talked with during this visit were very helpful and knowledgeable. I have been shopping at this location since about 2009 and will continue to shop here.

1. Thank you for being open through this unknowing time...BUT.... 2.Store was too crowded 3.promotional items, orders, returns, exchanges all in middle of aisles 4. crowded on the contractor side and throughout the store.....it was hard to move 16ft boards and kitchen counter tops around to check out or to finish shopping our materials list... 5.online pick up in front of the store is HORRIBLE...line out the door, 6. 4 day wait periods for online orders ... we are NOT given an option to go through with online order or go in store for pick up BEFORE PROCESSING. 7. and not enough room to have 6ft safe distancing since people are still coming out to leisurely shop and not wearing masks or gloves :( 8. FIX YOUR INVENTORY ISSUES...30+ YEARS OF IT IS LONG ENOUGH, especially through this time... 9. a 100 more reasons...out of room

Hi today I visit this store in early this morning looking for a interior door, right away the customer service department did an excellent job, the door expert has not arrived yet. They called Troy from Lawn and Garden department and he was very professional and polite. I purchased the door stress free. It was good to see employee cross-train in other department

Ivyole gave respectful service. Cynthia was rude. When I came to the counter she looked at me with a look of disdain did not greet me at all then conversed with another employee. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before she finally decided to grace me with her presence. She asked me what did I want? I walked off. Cynthia carries herself with arrogance and contempt for customers she seemed to be annoyed with my presence as a patron.
