today's experience with this location was a disgrace. the checkout person in the garden section could not be bothered with helping anyone. she mumbled and was annoyed. simple actions could not be executed by her. she is not qualified to run checkout or even put on a smile and do the very basics of her job. I will think twice before returning to this location.

Could you use some guidance/recommendations to get you through a DIY project? If it involves construction with lumber, seek out Brian in that department. He is encouraging, caring, and may well have the ideas you need to make your project go more smoothly.

Great selection of products readily available with helpful and knowledgeable staff to help me find what I needed

I shop here frequently and the customer service I have received is outstanding. Nassa has the best attitude and is very knowledgable. Sam went over an above in his helping me select the right products for the jobs I was doing. As someone who does not particularly like to go to stores like this, I find myself looking forward to going to this Home Depot because of the GREAT and friendly, helpful service.

The Concord Home Depot is well-managed, well-maintained, well-staffed, and I’m well-satisfied! They have the products and the expertise to get you through any home project.

Searched store and parking lot for an upright construction cart. Ended up having to carry a sheet of drywall to the checkout and then to my van on a windy day. Other Home Depot stores have dozens of them lined up in the contractor area.

Needed an item (copper piping) and called to hear only 1 left in stock. The employee, Tyler, kindly put it up front for us to pick up at customer service. LOVE this store - employees are excellent.

I had the best experience at this home depot! Everyone working here was so kind and welcoming! They helped me with everything and were the sweetest people ever! Nasa, Debbie, Al, Ben, Basile, Sue, and the customer service manager (unfortunately I forget his name) are the kindest and most helpful people ever! This home depot is the best home depot I have ever been to! I just bought a my frist house and I got everything I needed here and was helped with smile and welcoming faces. The staff here went over and beyond to help me. They even all congratulated me on buying my first home and genuinely seemed happy for me! They treated me like family! Ben even helped me carry my items out to my car and loaded them in the trunk since they were too heavy for me to do on my own. The best experience. ever! Will 100% be back and will be recommending this location to all my family and friends!

My last two visit to Glen Mills Home Depot was fantastic. Charlie and then Thom helped me. Two quality employees who are helpful and knowledgeable.

The staff at this store is great! We usually shop at other Home Depots that are not as good. We purchased doors and flooring. The staff that helped us were friendly, approachable, helpful and knowledgeable. We will definitely be shopping at the Concord store in the future!

On mmy recent trip to Home Depot in Glen Mills, PA I was assisted by an employee named Josh. He was super helpful. He helped me find all 3 items on my list. He didn't simply tell me the isle number; he led me to the isles. Then he helped me decide between similar items on my list. He was very knowledgable and friendly. He knows where everything is. Home Depot isn't my favorite place to shop because I'm not really into tools....but Josh made it fun. I can tell he enjoys his job because he gives fantastic custiomer service.
