Each time I have gone to this store I always find the employees helpful. Yesterday Brad went above and beyond. Thank you to Brad and to the other employees making shopping easy!

After a long day for my son and I, we stopped here to replace missing hardware for my son's bed. I believe Joe immediately recognized my determined look of bewilderment he probably sees often and asked if he could help. He showed me how to size the screw I had to match and took the time to show that some were beveled and rounded, which prevented a second trip to return an item. He was really friendly and funny. My son absolutely was thrilled with the Halloween section. It was bright, clean and organized. I came for screws and left with an extra $70 in Holloween items lol. Nataly at the register helped me quickly and efficiently. Even though it was after 8 pm, everyone was working, helpful and pleasant. Never felt like anyone didn't want to be there or praying for their shift to be over soon or annoyed that my autistic son was trying all the try me buttons on the animatronics. Great job Tuesday evening shift! Thank you!

We're in the middle of a bathroom & kitchen renovation. Lots of items tile & flooring options are in stock here compared to my local store. Successful Home Depot run even with our kids

I built a custom made mudroom a few months ago. I got everything I needed at Home Depot. The people were friendly and gave great advice!

I was helping my parents do a home renovation and bought many design options to show them. I brought back the extra product that they did not choose. It was very easy! Cashier Shane made return very easy and pleasant.

I find the staff always very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

The front end service team at store #1202 is simply AWESOME. Allison and Dee are always helpful in satisfying my shopping needs. Their experience shows and they no how to problem solve and come up with practical solutions.

I was in the Riverhead NY 11901 store and very satisfied with serivice and the availability of the merchandise I needed as well as the associate Deborah in customer service that helped me complete a very involved transaction with her courteous and helpful manner.

This store location always has staff with expertise in whatever area you are looking to make a purchase in - e.g. paints, electric, plumbing, appliances. They also are wonderful about returns - always courteous, respectful and friendly and eager to help.

Home Depot in East Northport it’s worth the trip! Salesperson so knowledgeable and took his time with me when I purchased my LG refrigerator.

No, I have been shopping at your Home Depot for good 20+ years and most of the time I will come in and get what I want and leave and today I met this great guy. Customer service was awesome he should teach some of your other employees had to be very friendly.

It doesn’t matter what I am shopping for in Home Depot. I always get assistance from the employees. The cashiers are very nice and I love the product line that Home depot offers.
