Mamta in the gardening department was so helpful which is rare these days. From the time I walked in she greeted me with a smile and a hello. She then helped me with a large hanging planter for a gift and retrieved a basket and hung it on the outside. She said it was a good buy and i then purchased another one for myself. She also checked me out and asked if I had a Home Depot card and it's bonus to opening an account. She was pleasant and has good working ethics. Thanks again Mamta for a good shopping experience.

As my go to store, I was very disappointed today. The main concourse aisle was cluttered with promotional merchandise. Being a holiday weekend, the number of shoppers was higher than normal. The (2) aisles only allowed for (1) shopping cart to pass at a time, making the shopping experience less than pleasant.

I tried to order a product and was rudely treated at Customer Service. Clearly they did not want to be bothered to make the sale .They laughed and spoke of how they tell people off in their Spanish language. I'm a local teacher and would never shop there again for school equipment.

I have been shopping at Colonia Home Depot for years now. All employees are very friendly and I also recommend this store to my family and friends.

I went there to buy doors for a project that I am working on for my home. I purchased five doors in total, along with other items. I was in line for the self-checkout but one of the hosts referred me to the cashier. When I got to the cashier, Sheryl, she asked me to lift the very heavy door so she could scan it, which I did. She then proceeded to ask me to lift two other doors which were the exact same as the first. I then asked her why she can't mark the door three times. She told me to not tell her how to do her job. I explained to her that as a regular home depot consumer I have purchased items in large quantities before where they scan one item and input the total number of items into the computer. It would be a nightmare trying to scan one item at a time otherwise. Then she told me to shut up and that if I did not like it, to go to another counter. A supervisor and an assistant manager were involved, however, Sheryl's aggressive personality continued even in their presence. One of them mentioned that she was the head cashier. I imagine that those roles usually go to the best customer service employee. However, that is not what I experienced in this case. It is a shame that a simple transaction turned into so much more.

I'm usually disappointed when I shop at the Colonia store. The employees are unfriendly, the store is not clean and the curb side delivery service is a waste of time.

Do not buy the Rusto Spray Cans sold at Home Depot... they are complete trash. I uses a lot of spray paints for what I do, and these cans are nothing but problems, use once and then the rest of the can will not spray... I've tried everything... Went with Behr this time, works like a dream.
