Jacob, your sales associate was a tremendous help. I ordered flooring and was to pick it up on 4/16/21. Called several times and no one knew if it was ready, I called back and Jacob answered my call and went the EXTRA mile, he went to see if it was in. Instead of saying I’m showing it is in but not in pick up, he told me he was going back to look for it and let me know. HE did come back!!! to the telephone and also had it with him so I could come pick it up. Employees like Jacob will make me come back to Homedepot!!

For Me, Takarris Jackson gets a 100, for being a super employee in helping me with a large purchase. I’m always happy to shop at our Clinton Store.

We were looking for a specific kind of shelves. Home Depot had a good selection, and we found what we were looking for. We also found someone right away to help us.

I went in looking for a refrigerator. Mr. Donell Bell went over and beyond to assist me. I was concerned that the item I wanted was beyond what my current credit limit was. He suggested that I apply for additional limit and I did and was approved. GREAT GUY and extremely helpful

Everyone is always super friendly and helpful at this store. Employees always stop what they are doing to assist us in finding whatever it is we need on a particular shopping experience. We have never had any complaints with this store and we spend a good bit of time coming to this store. Thank you for great service!

Home Depot online and Home Depot stores, like someone else that they won't let me mention on here, are two separate operations even though online orders are likely to be filled from store stock. Due to freezing conditions we have been without running water at home for 7 days - looking at several more. I have been melting ice from our driveway on the stove to use for flushing. Ice is gone, water is on at our business, so I decide to buy buckets, fill them here for flushing at home. HD has a 3 bucket deal online. Went to the local store to buy. Was told that you have to order online to get the deal - even though the order would be filled from buckets and lids on the floor. Raina was very nice and tried to help me get that deal, but she was told I had to order so they would be shipped to the store in a 3 pack. I seriously doubt it happens that way, but I was there when she was given that just-get-him-outta-here answer. She did her best. I did my best. Bought 4 at regular price rather than 6 at the deal price. Should have just gone by that other place that is my way home rather than out of my way to get HD's no-deal deal.

Mallory and another young lady whose name I wish I could remember were very helpful and welcoming. Any employee who makes a customer feel welcome and valued is an asset to your store and keeps difficulties, like not finding sufficient quantities of product on the shelf, from spoiling an otherwise good shopping experience.

I don’t like writing negative comments, but this store needs more staffing available for its clients. I shop at this particular location only because this is my contractor’s store of choice. And if a customer tell an employee that an item is on the shelf , but the employee is saying it’s not available or what the computer is saying, why can’t that employee go and look for themselves ???? It just would have made for a little less stressful situation. Thank You

Limited on stock but customer service makes up for some of that. Phyllis and Lisa went above and beyond to assist and try to limit the number of return visits and seeking out other options.

Tonight there where 2 young workers working and they where not friendly nor helpful at all!!! Because they where to busy looking on the cell phones and didn’t greet customers as well enter the store!!!!

The store was very clean and staff were professional. We will visit the store again but upon the installation of our new fridge and box being thrown away, we found two decent sized dents on the product. This was extremely disappointing considering they were found after the fact and with the price we paid. We feel like this was due to poor packaging or while shipping.

The store has a great store full of helpful workers. Can't find something some one will be happy to help you. Customer service is just that great customer service!! Thank you all for a great experience.

The store was clean, as well stocked as it could be, given that it was a couple weeks before X-MAS. Further the personnel was helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. Our cashier, Khadi Jaah, was super friendly, as was every other staff member we came in contact with. This is my preferred Home Depot.

Your representative, Priscilla Young spent a great deal of time helping me decide which oven would .be right for my needs. It took lots of patience, I’m 86.
