All the young employees should try and emulate Bill! Bill went above and beyond! He is why I will have my husband and his associates choose home depot over the competition! What a great buying experience!

When I thought the store didn't have what I needed I asked and got everything. The employees worked together to help me get my supplies and were very friendly. Said they would see me next time! Such a great experience.

Friendly staff joked with me as we entered. I was also quickly and accurately assisted by Timothy. This allowed me to shop quickly and without any stress of not finding the right materials. (I'm redoing my Mom's house as a surprise gift while I'm visiting in CBus.

Ordered first toilet, came broken by shipper. Second toilet delivered to store, broken. No call from the store, no email on either delivery. They stalled me for 12 days until I had had my fill of no contact from them. I returned all the items and am no longer a Home Depot customer.

Got exactly what I needed in record time

We have purchased many items at the Cleveland Ave Store and find that the quality is excellent and employees always ready to help us find things. This was not the case a year ago - there is great improvement - all we do is ask for what we need and it is shown where it is and answers any question about the product.

I shop here regularly.

I bought an item for my elderly neighbor that was higher price in the store than online, so the cashier honored the listed online price and gave an additional discount.

Devlin was the girl that wanted on us and she was amazing. Hope everyone meet a devlin on there shopping trip.

The team of Devin, Abe and Patrick are a credit to your team. They went out of their way helping me with a project I was working with on my farm. I appreciate their professionalism and friendly manner.

The Home Depot employees Brandi and Donja are very helpful with kitchen cabinet design and appliance purchases. I highly recommend this Dynamic Duo for all kitchen needs.

Otty provided amazing customer service in the paint department that started with a phone call and ended with the stain and supplies I needed to complete my project. He was patient and answered every question I had and focused on me as the customer. It was refreshing to have such a great experience where in other stores, I cannot even locate one employee to answer my questions.

We were looking for appliances for a new kitchen. We found a good amount of floor models and a very helpful staff.

We shop at all of the Home Depots in our area, but went to this store because the others were out of the blinds we needed. The customer service at this store was amazing! We will come here first from now on.

I had proof that I am a veyeran

I went to Home Depot looking for a filter for my humidifier. A gentleman was stocking the furnace filters, so I asked him for assistance. He took me several aisles away and showed me what I needed. One size filter was not on the shelve, but this clerk got a box down and opened it up so I could check the size. Most stores they just tell you the aisle to look in, but this gentleman took those few extra steps. He was so helpful !!!

The Cleveland Ave Home Depot store is one of the best in Columbus. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

While shopping not one person asked if I needed any help, nor did I see anyone available. At check out the cashier was very disgusted after I showed her my military ID. She did not speak one word to me during the whole checkout process, after I checked out, she left the checkout area to visit with her friend's still not one word to me.

I bought items that were lower in price and more quality and quantities. I knew I could be the competitor prices. I saved and have quality!!!

Bought a Rheem water heater a year ago. It went out. Rheem could not provide the parts so they sent me back to the store to replace the water heater. Home depot would NOT replace it. They charged me $260 more to purchase the equivalent current model (they play model number games too) so they can say it was "discontinued". Not happy with this experience at all. Will definitely think twice before purchasing large items from Home Depot going forward.

I bought an Exterior Paint and is really good on my door.
