. checked out at the pro side 10:13 of the store came out drove out from the parking spot remembered i forgot to get a small bag of topsoil drove down to Garten- Center run in grab the top soil checked out at 10:23 and got belittled from Cashier because where i was parked

I bought a lot of items from the store and some are needed extra help with people and they were very helpful and patient with us!

I approached the customer service desk, three employees were there, looked like a supervisor was giving the other two information of some sort. They didn't acknowledge me,ie.. we will be with you in a moment etc,just kept going on,when she finished she walked away, no one said sorry for the wait. Poor customer relations.

I made a large purchase and did as was instructed by garden employees where to load. However, don't bother with an older man named "Roger" he would rather spend his time talking to vendors than take care of consumers! Ask for someone else!

They had a lot more employees working that were considerate very courteous went out of the way to help you did definitely would go back.

Cashier care about you and your products

We are frequent flyers at this HomeDepot. We have a straight shot to it from our house and can get there in less than 10 minutes. My husband has a Milwaukee addiction and I...I have a gardening addiction. We both enjoy working on automotive and home projects. We visit several times a week and the employees are always so welcoming, friendly and helpful. My husband got to 'meet the Milwaukee guy' with the assistance of our cashier Lise and her manager(?) A young black woman. Elsie is always so friendly and often our cashier. We had a son earn and spend some of his own money here. She was very patient with him and didn't make him feel rushed. She also helped us sort out an issue with some mistakes items.

Very helpful associates today at the Clarksville Home Depot.

This will be my second time dealing with the building material personnel loading department looks like they are just there too talk and not take care of the customer I bought about 300 fence boards not one of them asked me if I needed help to load I will not be coming to this Home Depot anymore

The staff here are great. I accidentally interrupted a customer service staff member making a business related phone call and she put them on hold to help us out. Then our cashier was great, interacted with my son who was making a purchase of his own and then had a great interaction with me.

Easy to install but the dryer hose was shorter than expected.

As a woman, I appreciate that the staff is always helpful and can help me choose the best product for my particular home project. And they always help me locate the merchandise I'm after.

I go out of my way to come to my Clarksville Home Depot when I need something to do with my home. The store is clean, friendly, and welcoming.

I'm new to the area and a new home owner so I've been at Home Depot more than I ever thought possible. I've also been a bit overwhelmed at times when I've walked into the store. What I Love about this store is, someone always seems to recognize that I could use some help. Unlike the other, more blue than orange home improvement store, Home Depot's staff have always helped me.

I went in to buy something for my husband for a Christmas present and had no clue where to find it in the store! Asked an associate where it was and he took me straight to it plus showed me what accessories I would need! He was kind and very knowledgeable!

It's worth the extra distance and time it takes to drive to Home Depot over it's competitor for the superior customer service you receive.
