Brought in my new chainsaw to have rental/repairs take a look at it. I was given honest helpful info, then was taught some valuable info on my product. Due to Roger assessing the problem in under 10min the whole trip was free of charge. I walked away with a working chainsaw ,knowledge and respect for an honest helpful experience.

Flooring department and Appliances nailed it, received what we order on Pre Black Fridays order

Cashiers were extremely helpful. I asked where I could find things they knew which aisles right off the bat and checking out was a breeze. The xashuer even helped me work my phone. Couteous and friendly all of them

This is an exceptional store. I have been here many times and never failed to receive the highest level of service. I was unable to order a product online due to a system glitch so went to the store, but the service associate offered to order it for me online. In the same shopping event another associate walked me the full length of the store to help me find a product. They didn't just point me in the general direction and move on. I was very impressed.

I was well pleased with the help from Tessa at the chandler location, she was super sweet and helpful and we went through check out like a breeze.

My preference is to receive my receipt via email. It won’t get lost it won’t feed out and it will always be there if I need it. Your point-of-sale system gives the customer the choice. However your cashiers at the store about half the time are quick to make the choice for me in the fall to the paper receipt. Then I have to remember to take a photo of the receipt and email it to myself. It sounds like a small thing, but it rubs me the wrong way that I have asked the cashiers and I have mentioned to management that if they’re going to provide a choice they need to let the customer make that choice. What made this trip even worse is that once again the cashier chose the option and I specifically asked if I would be receiving a receipt in the email. She said yes both email and the paper one. Well guess what? Right I did not get the email. I’m not stupid she lied to me . And if I wasn’t tired and it wasn’t 115° in Phoenix I would go back in there and have her return everything and ring it up again. It’s so irritating that you don’t respond to requests. I specifically asked the manager and that should’ve been the end of it as simple communication to the cashiers or whoever is checking people out to let the customer have a choice

The store 8582 has really friendly and approachable employees, in particular the cart pusher i believe his name is Kian always had a smile on his face when i’ve came and greeted everyone. This is before even entering the store.

Waited 30 min for a manager to unlock merchandise and never appeared. However, on a positive note the lady Maria in self checkout went above and beyond for customer service while i noticed also maintaining store security. 5/5 stars maria! 1/5 for the Manager here.

I am frequent contractor to this store. Marci and other ladies at Will call and returns/ always very cheerfull/ helpful and professional.. Jeff at will call parts puller mgr always friendly and Johnny on the spot, very professional. that's why I frequent this store.

We used Home Depot To install vinyl plank throughout our whole home, it was a fantastic choice! From the demolition crew that came out to remove tile and carpet, to the installers that laid the gorgeous vinyl plank! Every Home Depot employee we worked with was great! When we ran into a glitch that our vinyl plank delivery truck broke down, the store manager and employees went above and beyond and used personal vehicles and store employees to transport all the product to our home and helped unload it into the house.We had 66 cases, and it’s heavy! In a time when most people only take a minute to write a bad review, I would like to let you know that our whole experience was great!

I went to the German Road in Chandler, AZ location. I was greeted by a friendly associate who answered my questions and directed me to the right department. Back by the garden department, the associates and 2 vendors answered my questions and directed me to the products that I needed. It was a very pleasant experience to meet people who knew what they were doing!!!!!

I was having a huge huge issue with a tuff shed order purchased through Home Depot and traci at customer service fixed the issue quickly. She was also the only one able to resolve my issue after several trips to this location.Traci was awesome and I am super great full for her help/assistance.

I came in the store and after a few minutes I asked for some direction from a person in the front name Diana after finding my product I came back to her for a check out it made my visit quick and easy

I was able to find what I needed and checked out fast to get back to the jobsite.

Wasn't able to get any help loading 800lbs of concrete, all while 6+ employees wondered around with nothing to do.

store always clean/ parking lot never any trash/ I always find parts I need or they would back order if unavailable.

I had given up on Home Depot because of the horrible service I received and issues that the manager was not willing to address. I was hesitant but I needed to pick up some items at this store for a family member and was pleasantly surprised. This store was clean, easy to find what I needed, and very friendly associates willing to assist me with several things. I was a very pleasant experience.

Cashier Miranda exceeded our expectations today at the Home Depot store, she not only greeted us with a smile upon our arrival was it was exceptionally helpful at check out and thanked us for shopping at Home Depot. This girl is an asset to your company!
