I always enjoy shopping at Home Depot. When looking for an unusual item it is always comforting to find an employee who is willing to help you search, and have a great attitude. During our search he was persistent in helping me find the items I needed. The store was clean, and the employee went to the computer and checked for the availability and location of the items I needed. The item was found on the computer and located exactly where it was shown. Thank you.

I most often shop at this store and find it to have a good merchandise mix, helpful employees, and efficient operation. I have purchased in the store and on-line with the items being shipped to the store for later pick-up. The experiences were always positive and very often, unusually quick compared with the average retail experience. The store is clean and organized and I have received good customer service and assistance. This is my "go-to" store, and I am pleased to say it.

I am a regular Customer of the Store . The most difficult challenge for me, is to remember one event that stands out to share. Every visit is an event. Service, Product and People (Employees) make it that way. I don't believe that I have ever heard the words "sorry we don't carry that" or "we are out of stock". I hate returns. However, the few I have made, due to my error (wrong size etc.) were handled quickly and efficiently with a smile. When I am not on a schedule and have time, I like to wander the whole store. I pick up a lot of great ideas and also a few more items that I did not plan on purchasing. Thank You!!

The Carrollwood Store is neat, clean and has a good selection of products to choose from. I purchased a display item today not in a box and Cashier Brittany assisted me with the purchase for this sale item. I was pleased with my savings and the quality of the item. Greeter Vicki assisted me with procuring a flatbed and loading the item, and I also received assistance loading the item in my small SUV. All in all, a great shopping experience in the midst of a pandemic - nice item on sale, friendly and knowledgeable associates, clean carts and a very organized store.

Assistance from employee "Dana" made it easy for me the customer, as well as making excellent decisions for home depot. Not taking shortcuts, but working smart. Polite, friendly, pleasant, and professional. Wasted no time, knew exactly the best way to conduct this transaction/adjustment

Paint department was full of old men who wouldn’t help a female. Old men were not approachable and not helpful in ordering paint for a project. Rude at best.

Personnel at the online pickup section were extremely helpful finding item I could not find with the location code FW Bin 25.

poorly stocked shelves, very poor selections and many items out for weeks, old plants and por quality and choices; poor management, employees lost and poorly trained as to the store, and products, Seemed somewhat lost

This review has nothing to do with the service or products in this store, but mainly with Social Distancing and the use of Face Masks of your employees. Today I noticed cashiers, employees on the floor, helpers outside, customers no using face masks or following social distancing. As is true that enforcing customers wear of the mask is a bit more difficult; Home Depot employees didn't help me to feel safe either. Even the employees using the mask, were not covering their noses either. I thought about talking to the manager, but they were so many employees and customers without the masks that made me feel very uncomfortable to be there. I did my shopping as fast as I could, and I left the store soon after. This is my store, I visit often, as is in my neighborhood - but I was completely disappointed of what I saw today. I'm 64 years old retired military - trying to take care of myself on these times of uncertainty and I really didn't need to be expose like that. Last, I received notification that starting Friday (yesterday), it was mandatory the use of masks - it seems that Home Depot didn't get this new - but regardless of it, I need Home Depot to make us feel safe, in a healthy environment, and not of what is going on today in this store.

Be careful and protect yourself! We were at the store a week ago and when we walked in we notice NONE of the associates wearing protective masks and/or gloves. We used the self-checkout. The associate working that area was not wearing a mask and/or gloves. The stations not being wiped down after every customer use. With the current pandemic you would think Home Depot will take better precautions to make it safe for ALL: associates and customers.

I used curbside pickup and it was quick and easy! They associate checked my id, found my order and helped my put it in my truck.

The people are polite, we find a lot of products and the store is clean

I want to give special recognition to Jules. Every time I speak with her she is patient, pleasant to deal with and extremely helpful. As a business owner, I can say you are fortunate to have such a great employee.

In the past I would recommend this store however customer service seems to have gone down hill lately. Perhaps they are short staffed due to COVID.

The store employees were courteous and nice. Had a nice experience with one of their customer service staff (Danielle). Very knowledgeable, professional and goes the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Store was clean and everything was in order.

The only acknowledgement this store makes of the coronavirus threat is to funnel customers from the far end entrance to the other end exit. Nobody's wearing masks. Nobody's maintaining social distance. Customers are crammed in everywhere and it doesn't matter if they're wearing a mask or not. I don't want to handle those self checkout devices and I see nothing to mitigate transfer of bacteria or virus. I didn't use them before because most men working out in the field are not maintaining any kind of hygiene and there are often no bathrooms available. No way, not ever, going to touch those check out device guns.

This is a well staffed store with experienced employees that have been here a long time. That alone makes my buying experience excellent as they are skilled with what is available in their respective departments to make my projects successful.

Wow, thank you Sally for being friendly and helpful during this time when many service employees are nervous and "stand offish" which is the best way I can describe the mood. They are not to be blamed its a trying time right now. You treated me with upmost respect and were very friendly thank you thank you.

It’s COVID-19, shopping can be great or total disaster. Steve (floor) and Sally (check out) made my trip to HD Carrolwood a welcome respite from being cooped up at home. HD had 90% of what I needed. Sally checked me out with the best attitude, hooked me up with new credit card discount and Steve loaded it up for me with a smile and a great chat. LOVE this store!!

As stated before, we have shopped at this particular Home Depot for many years and have always been satisfied with their products and employee assistance.

Overall the store has their products in stock, helpful employees, and organized. Even with displays changing, it's easy to find what I need, especially with the excellent customer service.
