Bought a minisplit unit for my sunroom. From purchase through installation project moved quickly and smoothly.

I found the tool chest I wanted on line and came into the Home Depot to buy it. I had lots of questions and a gal from the customer service desk came to help me. She was very knowledgeable. When I checked out I learned my military discount was now a new system. Cheryl helped me get the proper forms and really went the extra mile for me.

When looking for a locking mailbox, (sigh...a sign of the times!) I stopped to look at refrigerators. Saw cold water in one and wanted to buy a bottle since I was thirsty. Asked employee how to buy it and she seemed shocked that I would offer. She told me it was for anyone who was thirsty! Who knew?? Talk about customer service!

Still in shock! Walked by 23 employees and only 3 said Hi or asked if I needed help. Most aisles are clogged with freight, product and junk on carts! God help a fire or emergency breaks out! store is dirty, old and clearly reflects the lack of Leadership and standards. There are no acceptable excuses. Many are not doing their jobs! How do the District Mgr and Execs who visit not see this?? Have seen much busier Home Depots deliver a much better experience! will not shop at this location again!

The customer service in the garden center is very good. Barry is always willing to help you with the heavy items. Friendly nice & beautiful plants & most every thing you need for landscape jobs at home.

I took my Ziva (Furbaby) for the 1st time to a home depot and I was so impressed with the crew.. So attentive and helpful.. Love pet friendly places Will definitely be back.. Just want to thank the paint crew for all their information and David K for going over and above to help me find stuff and Brianna at self check out for her great personality and helping me with my furbaby. And ZIVA SAYS THANK YOU FOR THE TREATS.. :)

I liked the way you used to do the vet discount by checking for proof they were a vet. But a casher told me that to many dishonest people were just saying I am a vet which ruined it for us who where being honest and showing proof I showed my retiree id card and my drivers license which has a V for veteran on it and also my VA card she told me too many where using it for their friends who WHERE NOT VETS, being a veteran is earned not given to any one

Helpful and kindly employees, the app is perfect, so I can find things I need very quickly. Price-quality is perfect.

I visited Home Depot last week and was greeted with happy, helpful employees. They went out of their way to find the item I was looking for. Once found the check out was terrific mainly because the cashier reminded me about the survey and maybe I’ll win!

90% of the time I shop at this store most employees can answer questions or help when ask.

I have shopped at Home Depot a lot. My husband even worked for a bit after retirement at the Augusta, Maine store. I have shopped many times at the Cape Coral store. This time I noticed many younger staff and was so impressed with their helpfulness…not even in their department. A very good sign, Home Depot. Kudos to whom ever hired these young gentlemen and to whom ever trained them!

Excellent store, you can find almost everything you need for your current project, even some that you did previously. If you do not find what you are looking for, you can ask a worker in the store. Although I would improve the offer proposals that need to be in view of the customer and improve the shopping carts for heavy objects.

This store always have what I'm looking for. They seem to have items I need in stock when the other brands do not. Great service and availability of stock!

GREAT PLACE TO SHOP.

Extra square footage needed to finish bath vanities. Sales person Dana explained the extra charges.
