I enjoy shopping in this store , everyone is so nice. So easy to return.

Whatever you do if you have to speak with Jesse you will not get greeted, looked at face to face or a resolution. He is quick to get off the phone and cancel an order even when he states over the phone that he cannot cancel unless you go to the store. When I arrived to the store he was on his lunch so I asked that he call me as I was in the store to spend more money and never get a call. An hour later I was still waiting at the counter and they had to call him again and when he did arrive he told the other associate to have me go to him! I was less than 50 feet away! He never acknowledged me or even looked at me during the entire transaction! Jennifer on the other hand was amazing and she is awesome to have at the desk!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Cashier, Danielle, has a great positive attitude. I love shopping here for everything I need for my home!

They do a pretty good job here.

I was not able to find a lumber cart because several of them were being used for trash but left unattended. The isles were full of ladders, forklifts and displays making navigation through the store difficult. Employees were inattentive, and the cashier Molly was rude. I’ll be taking my business to Lowe’s even though it’s much further away.

The store is always fresh and clean looking. The sales staff are usually Happy, Courteous and Helpful. Generally the pandemic has taken its toll and it's often hard to find good customer service just about anywhere. But you won't be disappointed here. Say hello to Cheyenne for me when you get there!

I usually don't like shopping at hardware stores. But I had a great experience at this Home Depot. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. My checker, Betty, was especially wonderful. Highly recommend this store... but watch out, because if you like plants, they had a great selection and it was hard not to come home with more than I can handle.

This Home Depot was incredibly organized, clean and the staff was really friendly and professional. Would definitely drive here instead of the Home Depot that's close to my house. They had all the items I was looking for in stock which is why I drove to this store instead of my local one.

Betty, the Sales Cashier, was helpful, fast, and cared that I got everything I came to the store to buy. I'd recommend this store.

Generally a good place to shop. I have been shopping here since it opened.

Outstanding customer service by Derick in the Flooring Dept. He was extremely professional and knew his inventory very well.

I bought 2 plants marked $24.98 each. The girl at the register rang them up at $26.98 each I called the overcharge of $4 to the cashier who then called John who then said someone forgot to do their price changes and told the cashier to have me walk all the way back up front to customer service and get my $4.00. I asked if she could give it to me here in nursery register where I was and she said no. I walked out leaving my $4. 00 . I'll have Ventura County Weights and Measures get my $4 ! Poor customer service may cost them more then $4!

Rude staff, seems to have other things to do besides help guests. If you find what you want online, don’t bother with the model number immediately below the pic on the site, you’ll need to scroll all the way down the the bottom of the page to get the sku. If you have a model # and not the sku, the staff will be fussy that they have to look it up for you.

Entire staff was very helpful. Judy in appliances is the BEST!
