I really enjoy shopping at this Home Depot. They always have a great selection of products. Everyone is very knowledgeable

This store has always been clean in every area, it even smells clean even in the area of plants, flowers, dirt. The associates are friendly especially when you are asking questions, I have never encountered unfriendliness.

Store was overall clean and well stocked. Cashiers were friendly, especially the girl who took care of me Rosin. She was on self check out but still scanned all my items and bagged them for me. I felt she went out her way for my satisfaction. Thank again!

The young African-American lady (I did not get her name) in the paint dept. was extremely professional, knowledgeable and pleasant when I purchased paint on 2/26 and when I came back today (2/28, 10 a.m.) for additional tint as the paint was too bright. She cheerfully adjusted the paint to meet my needs. You need more employees like her.

I HAVE BEEN IN MANY STORES BUT THE FRIENDLINESS OF THE STAFF AND HOW THEY WERE SO HELPFUL WAS A NEW EXPERIANCE THAT I WONT SOON FORGET GREAT JOB THANKS.

This store needs employees that care about customer satisfaction. This store needs to stock materials they claim to sell.

Never have I visit a Home Depot store where I didn't have to track down a salesperson, but today I did. I walked in and got such a warm welcome and a smile. I walked over to the appliance department and there was a young lady waiting on me. She was smiling and so very pleasant. Then the cashier was so friendly that I know that I will be returning to this store to make my home improvements purchases. I love spending my money in a place that make me feel so important . WELL DONE!!!!

I always feel comfortable going into this store because I know someone will help me with my project/purchase. I would like the parking lot to have better lighting

I would give the Home Depot #1909 Calumet City an excellent rating and 5 starts. I love this store and opened an account today. My family knows how much I love Home Depot so they give me gift cards for Birthdays and Christmas and this makes me happy.

The overall visit was worthwhile. The employees were very helpful even at check out.

emailing my receipts are very convenient. filling out the survey is even more convenient since it is linked to the receipts.
