This is the best Home Depot in Philly! Their customer service is outstanding.

What makes this a 5-STAR store is the location, convenience, ample parking, intelligent/knowledgeable/helpful/cheerful/patient staff, product availability/quality/price, convenient and speedy checkout, convenient hours/days, great web site, military discount.

Clean and helpful employees

There was trouble in the beginning because we were ignored by this one sales person. We were in appliances first waiting to buy but the young lady went to everyone else. The only sales person who saved the day was CICI who was professional and courtesy and had out of the world great customer services. Everyone else was wonderful! There was even a person outside who went and got a motorized chair for my handicapped family member. However the person working on 6/15/21 in appliances in the day needs to be retrained on customer service. She came uo and instead of asking who was here first she went straight to all the White people. But CiCi saved the day and i thank you for being courteous!!!!!

Always a pleasant experience at this store. Most employees are knowledgeable but all are kind. HIP, one of the supervisors is always on point and very customer focus. He is a prime example of a quality customer service experience. He remedies the concerns brought to his attention. Thank you Hip and the rest of the staff at this store.

Super friendly and helpful employees throughout the store. Employees were knowledgeable of where items are located. The store was neat and had the items I needed. You can create an account with your paint color for future reference.

The lack of customer service at ALL home depots has terminated my consumer relationship with your stores. It's totally frustrating to repeatedly shop in such a big store with no assistance, and this is before the pandemic as well, you've lost a great customer.

After working a full 14 hour day, I had to rush to get to Home Depot 10 minutes before closing. Normally, in other Home Depots, people are rushing me and just seem unhappy that I’ve come in so near closing. This time, at this location, everyone was very pleasant. Especially Brandon, the Cashier. He made some small talk and asked about an item I was buying, he generally wanted to hear my response. Great job!

MAYBE A EMPLOYEE AT THE ENTRANCE WITH ACKNOWLEDGE OF THE LAYOUT OF THE STORE. THUS, HE/SHE CAN STEER YOU TO THE PROPER WALKWAY FOR THAT ITEM.;

With that amount of customer with was almost zero, I could not get assistance for more that 35 minus after 3 attempts. Finally the manager came and said that his name was Steve. I explained the situation and asked for an explanation. In response Steve told me that he understands that it was unacceptable to wait for 35+ minutes with no customers in the store but the issue was that I did not see that the workers were busy in a back because of the situation in the World. I was standing there speechless. I asked again to confirm that I did not get an assistance for all this time just because is happening in the world? He said "yes". I asked why even open the store then if you can't assist your customers. He said "because we have to". No apology , nothing. I said that I have a video of the workers walking around with no work in the empty store and I am going to post it everywhere on the social media . Steve just was standing there with no reaction at all. I could not believe that I was still in America. Needless to say that I will never return to this store again. I still cannot believe how Steve was hired to be a manager without any manager's skills. He lets down the whole company. I still could not believe his explanation of the terrible customer service service they provided. - they opened the door because they had to but could not assist because of everything that is going on in the world.

I needed assistance finding bathroom lightbulbs with a very narrow "screw" or "base." I was browsing with a relative when the associate noticed us and walked over to ask what we were searching for. I showed him a picture on my phone and he immediately knew where the product (with the correct size) was located and asked me relevant questions (wattage, daylight vs. soft light, etc.) to help me hone in on what I was looking for. Saved so much time and got me in and out which I--and anyone--could appreciate any time, but especially after a long day at work. I am sorry that I didn't catch his name, but thank you, kind sir!

The store had a nice amount of employees to ask questions. Everything was easy to find, and everybody is very helpful.
