Terrible, terrible customer service, no assistance...we had to load 1140 pounds. Manager Debra needs training and classes in management!

Most of the employees of this location are very helpful and nice. However, a recent experience with a return clerk was like eating lemons. As they say, one bad apple can ruin the barrel, and this clerk sure did. We will be sure to ask for someone else should she ever appear before us again.

What I find important (not with just Home Depot, but any store) is whether or not their actual inventory in the store matches the quantities that are shown on their web page. When you have to drive for over an hour to get to the store, it’s pretty disheartening to find out that what you wanted is out of stock. Home Depot seems to do a good job in updating their web page to reflect the change in inventory. Also, I have found that their product description is pretty accurate. Their web page has been very helpful to me in the past.

The Burlington store is always clean and neat. The associates are helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and they know where everything is!

Purchased 6 sheets of 15/32 inch CD plywood. The checkout clerk rang it is as 3/4 inch plywood. It took over 15 minutes to get the correct pricing. After writing a review of my experience, I did receive an email from a person stating the problem was all the clerk's fault and she will be"reeducated". Don't think the root cause of the problem, management of this store, is being addressed. . In this time of Coronavirus, the staff doesn't have PPE. A personal friend who has worked for Home Depot for over 15 years stated the store hours were shortened because many employees failed to come to work because of lack of PPE.

Great customer service! They take care of you when you have issues or questions and they honor the military.

Assistance response - I know sometimes employees are busy helping other customers, or you are shorthanded, you have those days, I was just glad I didn't have a urgent need.

Friendly store

While trying to find an item that was in very short supply,we were still able to locate at this Home Depot. Why? Because I received excellent customer service from Kyle, a young man working the floor who looked in several locations from row 3 to 39. Found it! Thank you.. ,

We shopped midday, on a Thursday. Let me just say this was the best shopping experience at a home improvement "box store" EVER!!! Lots of help, pleasant, questions answered expediciously, and the cashier fixed a problem with a torn bar code, without giving us "the look" or having to call a supervisor, and giving us more of "the looks!!!" Very pleasant, indeed. We would shop there all the time, however there's a Home Depot closer to us. That being said, it might be worth the drive from here on just for the customer service!! The store was clean, well lit, and not too hot or cold, Just Right!!!

The employees at this store are especially knowledgeable. I asked about trenches and the man showed them to me and explained the difference between what the smaller and larger models do. I asked about flashing for one wooden steps on the side of my house and an employee showed me a box of cement and explained how to create a molding that would guide water around the steps and down the sloping sidewalk. Another employee helped us order accordion blinds from the measurements we'd taken and they look professionally done. Often my husband will ask me to check something out on my way to the grocery store and the employee will explain it well enough do I can explain what they said when I get home. There is another home improvement store that is more convenient, but this Home Depot store is worth going past the other. They are simply the best!

Daytime staff very helpful especially in the lumber department. Outgoing and genuinely interested in how they can help you complete your project . Dont arrive later at night or come in last minute or you will be rushed throughout your entire shopping experience, watched and monitored as each staff member reminds you they are closing and then ushered out and on your way despite the fact that the current time falls within the listed store hours, because apparently 9 pm is when the staff needs to be exiting the parkinglot in their vehicle heading home rather than going the extra mile by helping a customer with a last minute emergency supply purchase. You hold up their departure even one second and it'll cost you, the price being one friendly clerk with a pleasant attitude. I will withhold this individual's name because I'd hate to see her get in trouble at work because of my review. I dont want Angela with the jailhouse hand tattoos to have any problems because of me.... oops did I let that slip out... my bad

As a home owner with a yard I am all ways finding things that need fixed or repaired and sometimes replaced, this store helps me get it done. They have helped me brainstorm on how to repair things, where to get it if they don't carry it and how to do things I do not know how to do. I have even had them cut lumber I was buying to needed length so I could get it in my car and get it home.

Every time I enter the store, One of the cashiers, if they’re not busy, always greets me and says hello. There’s always at least one person somewhere in the store that greets me and asked if I’m finding everything I need. I don’t know why, but LYNN, is always at the store when I go to buy supplies for home remodeling work. She’s always very courteous and energetic about her job and very professional as well. She deserves a kudos for her continued customer oriented work she does.

The store was super clean the staff is super friendly especially Ashlyn she made our experience not only efficient but fun too.

The cashiers are rude and don’t provide good customer service

The continuing issue I constantly see is too much clutter in the isles. Some of this is a marketing strategy, but it's quite annoying when trying to move a cart around, especially in some lumber isles. This issue never seems to improve, and lately there have not been enough checkers with long lines.

The store is always clean, employees are knowledgeable and friendly. They will often go out of their way to make sure you have what you need and are also honest, not just trying to get you to buy as much as possible.

If you order doors don't expect to have them installed when promised. After paying the were not even ordered after three weeks. Calls were not returned when promised by management. I finally canceled the order. I did not even receive an apology.
