If you are so concerned about someone in self service walking out with stuff you should direct to cashier! Not have the gal hold up the line to go one by one over your stuff. R very embarrassing !

I have been to many Home Depots in the northwest and at the Burlington store I alway get a smile and usually fine what I need.

We’ve been to store 2x in 2 days. No employee available to pull items down from upper shelves. We ordered online, arrived at store, waited 45 mins and still no employee avail to pull items off of overhead shelves.

Avoid this place. Almost an hour to buy a bottle of 2 stroke oil since the new remodel that corralls everyone into a special cordoned off area that's grossly under staffed.

I honestly can say I have never had such a good experience with help finding, helping me to choose and purchase a product at any store before…I was so impressed and thankful!!!

Be sure to avoid paint dept unless you have more time and patience than I do

The customer service specialist listened to our complaint and was very helpful, efficient, clear, and resourceful in resolving the issue of having an item delivered that was damaged in the box.

Went in looking to purchase a wheel barrow. Walked in and was greeted at returns. Told her what I needed, paid and someone came outside to unlock the cable and I was on my way. Took maybe 8 mins.

Came in two days ago After having a terrible experience in the snohomish store. Both of these visits were well above expectations. Will drive the distance to come back to this store. The associates are friendly and knowledgeable.

I have made countless purchases at this location over the years from tools to complete lumber packages and the staff has always been eager to help me.

Worst customer service of my life! Went to the Burlington location to purchase carpet. The in-house designer checked me out for the wrong material. Then, the installer failed to properly measure my rooms. Home Depot refused to provide me with the material that I had selected in the store (even when I provided photos of what I had selected!). I was left with the wrong, partially-installed product and had to engage separate flooring material suppliers and installers to fix Home Depot's mess. I called Customer Service over 100+ times and they frequently just hung up. Home Depot's failure to honor our deal cost me thousands of dollars. I will never shop there again.

Enough people to help when I need it don’t have to look for them and they will drop what they are doing to help me

Bought a 6.5' Christmas tree for $49.98 & we're very happy with it.

I needed help twice in the store and once at customer service. All 3 employees were helpful and courteous.

I went in during Labor Day Sales and bought the kitchen appliances bundle; best prices in the area at the Burlington store. Customer support was excellent.

The 2 empoyees who operate the panel saw in lumber refused to Rip 5 inches off of a piece of T1-11 siding we were buying. The pointed to a blue sign that said they would cut only 20inches or bigger. This is a first for me as they used to rip any width with this tool that cuts safely and accurately. As a result my crappy saw left an ungodly cut that will require me to find a way to cover/protect the joint if not replace the piece of panel @$40.

Go to the Pro desk they will hook you up with what you need and get you on your way. Great folks in there.

My wife and I purchased a significant number of heavy concrete blocks and wood posts that needed to be loaded into our SUV, The in-store employees who assisted us were knowledgeable and very helpful in selecting the proper materials for our home project. But it didn’t stop there. Two employees, Robby and Havier, took on the task and loaded them quickly and efficiently with smiles on their faces. They were extremely personable and efficient. Thanks for the great experience!

I bought a microwave to replace one at a cabin which is for sale. It needed to be a certain size color and on sale and in stock. I didn't want to order on line and pay a 69.00 fee for delivery which was mandatory, just for a microwave. I had the help of two great workers, Darryl, who really knows his appliances and Greg who was willing to show me various ideas and look up on the computer.what was available right away. I found a perfect microwave, on sale, in stock, and it led to a great shopping experience which I usually HATE shopping at these box stores.

They paint department is very helpful but does seem a little understaffed.

Being semi recent home buys, we have been slowly chipping away at home improvement projects, from painting walls to renovating our bathroom and lots in between and we’ve been able to find everything we need here. At one visit, Alyssa went above and beyond helping us find what we were looking for, even going as far as seeing if other home improvement stores carried the product. Whenever we visit, she always says hi and makes sure that we are finding everything we are looking for. Never thought we’d become regulars and recognized at HD, but it always puts a smile on our face. Thanks Alyssa!
