I bought a window today , waited 30 mins asked 3 different employees to help me take one window down , Gentle man at the department was very rude , manager Anthony Came , not even good morning , he carried the window to the register , is Like my fault , I came to this store , General manager very hard to reach. No one here to help

Got my new Dewalt Drill 20 Volt DW Atomic 3 speed impact tool.got the new battery kit included. Looks like I’ll be having fun.

Doesn't know what e gift card is, refused to scan/use the e card Per her, only physical home depot gift card or email from home depot is legit. Bad attitude, lack of knowledge, won't listen, ...horrible experience!!!!

Haven't been to this home depot in a few months, has such a chill vibe unlike Long Island City on Northern Boulevard is a zoo. Easy to park, navigate the smaller store & they have most everything you need but lessor of a selection & inventory.

The store is usually better organized than the long island one

It's one thing to get lucky in home depot and find a Rep that knows about a product but we got lucky and a rep found US that knew about our entire project he was informative and encouraging suggesting we seek more resources and realize the value in our investment. Very encouraging and rewarding experience he even topped the visit off with suggesting donating to charity when we asked how can we ever repay him for pouring into us so generously. Furthermore if you need more than a finger pointing floor rep or someone that guides you to an aisle and jets to another find yourself at this store if you want an experience be sure to find Mr Henry

Great place to shop with great quality products and a reasonable prices

I went to my local Home Depot to buy AFFRESH WASHER CLEANER TABLETS 6PK #W10501250. The man I asked for directions was amazingly, seemingly genuinely and seemingly naturally FRIENDLY, and actually walked with me to exactly where the AFFRESH products are located in the store. He also asked me if there was anything else I was looking for. And, then, he THANKED ME for shopping at "his Home Depot store!" The lady cashier was equally upbeat, enthusiastic, genuinely friendly, asked if I found everything I was looking for, and thanked me for coming to shop at "her Home Depot store!" I am retired from a prosperous career as a senior executive and manager of several luxury automobile dealerships. I am difficult to impress. I was amazingly impressed by both of the people I encountered today, at the East Elmhurst, New York HOME DEPOT.

Ash was amazing. I was very nervous about buying blinds for my new home, but Ash went above and beyond to make it easy for me. He helped me make an appointment with 1 of his coworkers who came to my apartment and did the measurements. A day later I went back to store and he spent so much time with me to select the blind designs that fit my budget. I’m very happy

Jose is the best person the lumber department could have! He goes above and beyond his duties to help customers. I live in Whitestone but always go to the Home Depot in East Elmhurst because they have great customer service.

Worst shopping experience ever! Worst customer service ever! They made not one but 2 mistakes in just one purchase, I realized at the moment they said they fixed it but no, then I called like 2 weeks ago and they were not helpful at all, they made me go back to the store because they can’t do anything over the phone, don’t you have emails or fax in 2022? Didn’t you have a computer system to help?? Now I have to invest time gas and money to solve the issued, again!

Been shopping at home depot for cleaning supplies and the prices are just right ...

The Home Depot worker named Dom was so nice and helpful to me and my brother. We were looking for something very specific that someone else said was probably sold out, but Dom looked all around and found a brand new box with eight more of these car chargers inside and gave us one. He went out of his way to help us. And I appreciated it so much. Thank you so much Dom, if everyone was like you the world would be a much better place.

I usually buy at the maspeth or woodhaven Home depots. I did not know that this one existed. Once I found it it became one of my favorite stores
