Although this is a smaller store, there is still a good selection of items there. I like shopping at this store because of the employees. I have been going to this store for years and never had a bad experience with a cashier or floor person. In fact, I would say that the team of employees working there are some of the best customer reps I've encountered. They are helpful, kind, and professional.

The associates at this store are very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The store is very clean and the product selection is very good. Every time I have shopped here, I have left with exactly what I needed and the added bonus of feeling satisfied and appreciated as a customer. A rare thing in today's world!

I visited this store recently and found it much more friendly than some other home improvement stores. My experience at other stores has been to get help you have to hunt down someone who doesn't seemed to want to help you most of the time. But the environment here seemed more welcoming.

Had an excellent experience at the Brockton (Eastside) store. Purchased some cabinets and a counter top as well as some hardware. The sales person worked hard to help us and the front desk woman went above and beyond to help us get someone to help load our truck. The store was not cluttered as many home depots are. It was a pleasure doing business with this store.

This store is AWESOME always have had a great experience every visit and there weekly and monthly classes are GREAT.
