This is not my first time here and definitely not my last. Bowie Home Depot has the kindest people I’ve ever had the pleasure to shop with! Definitely come here if you want a pleasant shopping experience!

I recently shopped at the Home Depot in Bowie, Md. I found my bins, but not enough were available. I wish the staff were noticeably in their assigned spaces and not wandering aimlessly. My best moment was when Wendy from the cashier sang oldies but goodies tunes while she checked by bins the entire time until I exited the store.

Very helpful young man who cut some bulk wire for me.

I needed a small item that I couldn't find. I asked an employee to help and he did. We couldn't find the item so we looked for the SKU and we couldn't find that either. He went to the computer, found the item, saw that there were 18 in the store and wrote down the SKU. Then he found the item in a box on the upper shelves were stock is keep. The employee went out of his way to help me for a small item.

We purchased flooring at the Bowie, MD Home Depot. The Customer Service employee and the Contractor desk employee were very helpful in helping us with the purchase.

The Associates at this location were outstanding. Martin, Lawson and Wendy were very helpful in my being successful with the items that I needed for a home project. I really appreciated their patience, professionalism and friendliness. Thanks for a great shopping experience.

I came in for a few small items for (what I thought was going to be) a simple repair. The cashier Wendy was warm and super friendly, despite it being early in the morning. I hope someone gives her some kudos for doing an awesome job.

The employees at the Bowie Home Depot have a new attitude. Shopped there Friday 10/1 and had a great experience. Interacted with 3 employees and ALL genuinely care about my needs and shopping experience. Will be returning there again.

Won't answer the phone. Sent a dishwasher and left it in the middle of my kitchen on Friday July 30th. Still no contact with anyone about finishing the installation. I'm still washing dishes!!!

Always good on stock but could use better staff in flooring department and paint department but cashiers are great and the floor staff that are walking around are all very friendly and helpful. Teya and Patrick were awesome and very helpful.

I have been a shopper at another big box home improvement store for many years, but lately they have not had the staff or the products in stock that I needed. I tried Home Depot today, and am happy to report that they had staff to answer my questions, and the exact brand and item of product that I was looking for. I am very happy with this outcome, and will be returning to Home Depot as my first choice in the future.

Don't make customers walk to the other end of the store to find a flat cart to load many bags of mulch.

you need to hire more salespeople. Often can't find someone to help me find an article or get info on it

I like the Bowie Home Depot store for several reasons. The store is fairly close. There is always plenty of parking spaces. I can usually find the item (s) I am seeking, and if not an employee will direct me and sometimes even escort me right to the items I am seeking. Most times everything I want is available. Checkout is usually quite quick. Its a great store and the employees are always very helpful.

I want to take this time to recognize outstanding customer service and express my sincere appreciation to Barbara at the Home Depot in Bowie, Md. Barbara’s attitude and willingness to help resolve an issue regarding my barbeque grill helped save my cookout plans for the 4th of July (2021). I was extremely impressed by Barbara’s commitment to customer satisfaction. It was Barbara friendliness and commitment to customer satisfaction that enabled me to stay calm. It was truly a refreshing and pleasant customer service experience. Barbara represents the store very well and provides a great example for what customer service should be. Thank you.

MOST HOME DEPOTS YOU GET HOT AND COLD SERVICE. I WAS IN THERE SHOPPING TO GET SHELVING FOR A ROOM AND 1 MALE EMPLOYEE SAID THE LANE WAS CLOSED OFF AND THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO. I WENT AND ASKED ANOTHER WOMAN NAME JANELLE AND SHE WENT RIGHT OVER AND GAVE ME ANOTHER OPTION THAT WAS EVEN BETTER THEN I THOUGHT! HER NAME IS JANELLE

Bowie Home Depot is the best store that have ever visited in comparison to other stores. The people go out of their way to help you with a smile. The inventory is on the shelves. The atmosphere is clean and organized. This is my place to shop for all my household needs.

Home Depot is, by far, the best homeowner supply store because of the broad variety of supplies. The customer service varies depending the day.

This place is pretty abysmal and it will be the last time I voluntarily visit a Home Depot, though I’ve been visiting this one for two years. I’ve been constantly disappointed at the training of the employees, who generally seem shocked to hear any questions we have, and either disappear to “find someone to help” or make up all answer that turns out to be incorrect. In addition this week I was given an incorrect product from the paint desk. I asked for a specific color, and instead of informing us they didn’t have it, they made up a color we thought was close, and didn’t realize we’d been lied to until we painted a section of the house. The returns desk completely failed to give us anything but a discount on a gallon of paint, and seemed genuinely DISinterested in the poor performance of the paint desk. Please find a way to train your employees better. This store is the worst I’ve ever visited.

They have the best people in flooring. If you need help with flooring, Moubarak and Mark (MOD) are knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.
