I had a special need--having the technicians at the Tool Counter custom-make a cat shelter/house using a plastic storage box, three sheets of 3x3 foot foamular project panels and duct tape. They measured, cut, and assembled the cat shelter/house perfectly! The neighborhood cat who did not have a warm shelter for the winter now has an insulated home on the covered entryway of my house. Clean store!

On my recent visit I had three people help me! One pointed me to what I was looking for...One helped inform me about an appliance and get one for me and the third took my payment. People are great!

I love this Home Depot, the employees are very nice and helpful, always willing to help.

Cashier Juanita Was very friendly and her smile keep me smiling the rest of the day.

My husband and I moved to Boise from Moscow, Idaho, six months ago. We didn't have a Home Depot in Moscow. We sure enjoy living close to one now!!

I had a difficult electrical problem and received excellent direction and assistance. The gentleman who assisted me was very knowledgeable and familiar with the necessary parts that I needed. Overall, I got exactly what I needed and it worked the first time after installation.

This is by far the best Home Depot experience I have every had! Sean is a rock star he solved problems other places had been working over a month on with no results. A huge asset to your company!!! Thank you Sean!!!

Definitely the best store in the valley because of Sherrie and Debbie. If you have any questions go to the Pro Desk and you will get the best customer service in the area.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They always care for customer's satisfaction. The shopping experience I had on 08/15/2020 encouraged me to choose Home Depot in Boise rather than going to other places. I am so thankful for their care to their customers especially to Delbert of Garden Department. I salute for his excellent customer service. Keep it up.

From what I recall, the store was clean. But I especially remember the cashier Janet who accommodated me with the application to get a Home Depot card. She was very happy to help me with the process and was professional in doing so. I bought blinds for my home and I am satisfied with the product.

John where we went to order a door was friendly and very helpful. He is truly Amazing. My cashier Emma was very nice. Wish there were more people like John and Emma. They made my day.

This store has one of the best group of employees i have seen in a long time. Keep up the great work. Staff at doors is great also.

All the employees in this store were wearing face masks. Many of the customers wore them as well. This made me feel much more comfortable and safe than at the Eagle store, where hardly anyone was wearing a face mask the last time I was there. I will continue to shop at the Boise store because of this.

First, Robert E. in Plumbing has helped me COUNTLESS times with Plumbing questions, as well as other general questions - he is a GENIUS. On one occasion, I could not find the 4 inch garden staples that I use to secure 1/4 inch drip lines. He brought a bunch up into the drip-line area for me & many others, Wow...! Next over the Years, Velma helped me in Painting and also helped me more recently find deerskin work gloves. Lisa, the Manager over many months provided numerous input on item selections and advice on gardening.

Employees standing around not working, just talking to each other. Isles all cluttered up. Only one checkout open and terrible customer service from her.

The Milwaukee Home Depot in Boise has always treated me well and the manager is especially attentive and helpful. I was shocked, therefore, to see employees without face masks on May 18 and when I asked the cashier in the garden department why she wasn't wearing a mask, she said she "couldn't breathe". I am concerned that the corporation is setting up its employees for an outbreak of Covid, during which, unfortunately, many employees will, truly, be unable to breathe.

trent was absolutely amazing very friendly and was very efficient. He made sure that we were satisfied and he went above and beyond the call of duty especially working in garden on mothers day when there was a lot of customers

Terrible customer service. Rude and down right awful. and the girl clearly did not want to be there working. Another, yes different employee, was caught bad morning us saying how “annoying” we were to another customer thinking we could not hear her. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Go to the back and vent it out. Not on the floor to other customers where we can still hear you. Starting to think we as a gay couple were not welcomed there from the beginning. Stay away at all costs Because the homophobia is too real.

Personally this store has been my go to for years, even when I lived on the side of town. My family have been shopping here since I was little guy. The store is organized well and the people are extremely friendly. Ive had to go in a few times this year to either purchase project stuff or get some things returned. Every time I have gone the people are helpful and are willing to work with me on almost purchases. The fresh smell of cut wood, the people, and the great prices are why I continue to shop here at this location. Do yourself a favor and go here for the excellent service and good times.
