I usually avoid Home Depot and only go there when I have to, because I get frustrated by the skeleton crews and not enough help to go around. Today, Kervin, NOT Kevin, Kervin, approached me, offered help and made sure that I had everything on my list. Though I normally find items on my own, today I felt under the weather and his polite, personable and professional demeanor made this a very good experience and was greatly appreciated. Oh! The cashier was friendly and fast, too! Keep this up and I might shop there more often.

The store lacks the friendly customer service it once was noted for. Little to no customer service to pull stock from the upper bins.

Ms. Nancy at garden department is friendly and professional . Her customer service is a plus to my shopping experience .

Horrible customer service

This location is AWESOME! i was able to use my HOME DEPOT APP to make sure the items were in stock and also to go right to them in the store! the aisles are clutter free and items are mostly in place for easy access. the employees are friendly and knowledgeable! This will be my preferred location from now on!

Be careful going here. Once they've made the sale, nothing else matters. The salesman was the best thing going at this location. But getting delivery of your goods afterwards, good luck!!! And talking to a smart-aleck manager gets you nowhere. You're on your own.

This store, like ALL Home Depot stores, is CLUTTERED, NOT VERY CLEAN, and has WAY TOO MUCH EXCESS MERCHANDISE BLOCKING THE AISLES!

Fast and friendly

The employees are very helpful. Plus the new self-check stations are WONDERFUL AND FAST! They've installed big screen monitors and handheld scanners. Plus they dont constantly prompt you to "please put the checked item into the bag" ... because most things don't fit in a bag! :-) Very pleased!
