HD sets the standard

The outside and interior of your store was very clean and neat. The products were prominently displayed and easy to locate, noticed how easy it was to access products and how close associated products were to support my project. I always have had help by more than 1 store associate for assistance. Pleasant experience and a comfortable environment to problem solve my projects. (Because I always have assistance!)

We were looking for a stove with specific features, Color, air fryer oven, built in griddle ect. At other local appliance stores it was more expensive and the wait time would be up to 6 months. We met with a very friendly assocaite who placed the order for a stove with the exact features we wanted and were told that Home Depot had 165 in stock. Our stove will be delivered in 14 days and $100 less than the other applaince stores.

All of the employees in each department are always so nice and help give me advice I’m little projects around my house, what I could buy that would make my job easier, little ways to get around doing an overhaul, or a missing part I need to complete a project.

Couldnt find any employees to help then once found some store employees they had lack of knowledge. They were very rude as well. Walked away with just a bunch of pamphlets to read instead of answers. The cashier was great though. Don't know if we will go back don't want to waste anyone's time.

The sales associates at the store were very helpful. No matter which department I was in, I found the team very friendly and helpful. If my question was outside of their specific department, the person made sure they found someone to help me. The sales associates definitely left me with a good impression of this location. So much so that it really stood out as I was shopping. It made my shopping experience a pleasure. The associates provided suggestions for the project I was working on. The store was well stocked and I found everything at this one location rather than having to go to multiple stores to get everything I needed. The store was also orderly and very clean.

Stellar customer service in the appliance department! Despite the fact everything I purchased could be done online, a sales associate went out of her way to help me navigate through the process in-store and offered suggestions & information about the ordering limitations (backordered & out-of-stock products) placed on the supply line by the pandemic. She also offered knowledge about higher quality products - but did not up-sell beyond my budget - and was generally regretful that HD could not fulfill all my appliance needs, due to manufacturers' supply.

Friendly environment

Went to purchase paint and supplies and the employees were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! They helped with paint colors and mixing and checkout! We worked with a few employees on this but the one that sticks out was Jasmine K!! Thank you for making our shopping experience so easy and quick!!

This store is laid out so well it is easy to navigate , clean and the staff is the best.

The shovel we found on line and drove 26.8 miles one way was used. Upon inspection of the shovel the corners were bent and the metal blade was worn down. This store failed in multiple fronts. When shovel was returned originally it should been disposed of and not put back in stock. Secondly the person pulling orders should have looked at the shovel and seen it was used and not filled the order, and contacted us saying the items was not saleable condition. We did not leave to pick the shovel up until we received the notice the order was filled. I think store management is at fault for not instilling a "definitely would shop again attitude." The next associate meeting can be very simple. Have the store management go a few miles into Green Bay and take a picture of the old Sears store that is closed. And say if change doesn't happen Home Depot will be on the same path. Mary C was the person handling the sale of the shovel ,and later the return. She handled the situation well. She suggested we look at the limited assortment of shovels left, and she would make an adjustment for the problems Home Depot created. It is not the matter of the shovel, as is the inability for the person who put a used snow shovel back in stock and the person pulling the order for pickup, that failed. On a matter of other items we purchased in your store that morning. We were going to pick up a device that senses water leaks. We had used the bathrooms and were walking back to front of store to find water sensors that you put on the floor that will alarm if water is detected. I asked the three associates in the center of the appliance area where they would be. The response was "We don't have the sensors but they are available on line." I asked them if they could go to one of their terminals and show me on line availability. I told him their competitor, Menard's would probably have them. The young man did a search on line, only to find the sensors to be in stock. He walked us to Aisle 10, Bin 10, where they were located. This has convinced us to potentially consider other competitors than Home Depot, for any future appliance purchases. The employees not offering to take time to locate this small item, is disappointing in your customer service.

My wife and I stopped to look into options for flooring and installation. Eric and Ginger were extremely helpful and organized which made the process go smoothly. We would recommend the flooring department at the Green Bay East Home Depot to everyone.

I was in the cabinets area looking for kitchen cabinets. Their employee Joe Evers went above and beyond to help me out. I strongly recommend this store.

Excellent shopping experience. Knowledgeable courteous staff. One stop shop they had everything I needed. Store was nice and clean. Check out was quick and easy.
