If you're going to buy or exchange a propane tank for your BBQ grille, expect to go inside to pay and then wait for an employee to come out and help you. As far as I know the customer self service kiosk outside the store hasn't worked for at least a couple of years.

Tracie was great. She gave us bottles of water as she checked us out as we had a very large order that took time to ring up.

I've had typical interactions with Home Depot staff at lots of locations and I don't expect amazing customer service - but I got AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE in the Appliance department from Barbara. Barbara knew all the answers to my questions and offered information I didn't know that I needed. She was quick and efficient without making me feel rushed. She was just terrific!

The curbside pick-up is great as well as the customer service!

Store personnel are all friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to help you find what you need. Store is clean, well-stocked, well-organized. I've never had anything other than a good experience there.

Great customer check out but my delivering date was not kept and cashier did not call to check on it the manager at Dripping Dprings took it upon himself to have my item delivered on time to keep task rabbit and propane hookup I could not cobta t them to reschedule

I was pleased how much attention was given to provide customers with a safe experience; especially with COVID. The employees I dealt with were all more then willing to assist.

Customer Managers and empl;oyees are very friendly, profgessional, and helpful. They are available to help us as I do. It is a very friendly store. Also, store was clean and products were well displayed to see.

Floor items are not checked for quality control. Staff assured me the big appliance was fine. I bought the floor item because of low supply during covid. After paying to install not only did the appliance grind and squeal but it was also used. This I didn't discover until installation. This Home Depot had no interest in paying me for the install. There was no way to test the appliance until it was installed. I bought a replacement from a local business and got a great deal and faster service. Even the return was a pain as they had to call a manager. They don't value my time.

So pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and competence of the two sales associates at this Home Depot today. They took me to the items that I wanted and pointed out alternatives. Janet, the outside garden center cashier is a great credit to the store.

The personalized service that I received from this Home Depot was the very best service I have experienced from any home improvement store.

Maggie Assisted me in locating items that were in stick and assisted in placement of order for materials to be delivered to my home, i would not have been able to do this online myself.

COVID on special here! Employees not wearing masks properly and not requiring customers to wear them properly either.

Tired of rude employees arguing with me over the corporate return policy for plants. No, I dont have to return the plant with it's original pot as long as I bring the receipt. It literally says in the policy to put the whole plant in a plastic bag and bring it in. Where am I going to keep 100 plastic pots? Ridiculous woman came over and immediately inserted herself in between me and the person who was helping me. She started bickering with me over every word I say, every single time I spoke she had some kind of rebuttal. arguing over the fact I couldnt remember the store managers name at a different location that told me this return policy has been in place for 30 years. Luckily the person helping me was very friendly and helpful. The store manager had to come defuse the situation. So, not a total loss.

The store manager here is absolutely worthless! Never comes to assist store associates when called when a customer has issues.

Worst experience ever. I returned a product which I purchased an hour before and was made to feel like the bad guy. George also did not follow CDC policies on social distancing. I come into your store with a mask and keep my distance. I would expect Home Depot to do the same. Keep yourself and family safe. Stay away.

When you spend $50.00 on a single gallon of paint that has the easy access pour spout, the opener and spout be be included...!!!!

All employees wore masks and gloves. The store was so clean... shelves, floor, supplies... neat and tidy as well. Employees were quick to use their mobile phone to find info/merchandise for me... and they seemed happy to do it...no grumbling or rolling eyes. Can you tell I like Home Depot... and why I like it!

They had everything I was looking for and helped to find the items and then load the items in my lumber cart.

We have been loyal customers of this location for over 10 yrs. Overall our experience has been a positive one when it comes to finding the materials we need for any of our home improvement projects. There have not been any negative experiences that would make us not shop at this specific location but at times it has been our case that there are not enough store employees available to answer questions from us such as where to find a specific item we are looking for. Today was our lucky day as store employee Maggie made our shopping experience a very pleasant one. We had a list with materials for our daughter's room addition. Maggie took our list and promised to call soon with a total and delivery date. We were out of the store in less than 5 minutes. This was a first!!! She called us within 10 minutes with some questions that were easy to answer and within 30 minutes we had paid over the phone and had a delivery date 1 day sooner than the ETA she had given us at the store. Amazing!!! Our best shopping experience ever at this store. I know to look for this amazing lady from now on.
