This was my first time in this Home Depot. I moved to Beaumont three months ago and had been in the habit of shopping at another home improvement store. I was impressed by the store itself. They had a good selection of the things I needed and looked well stocked in general. I needed help about three times and the people I stopped to ask questions were knowledgeable and friendly. Prices seemed good, and I was able to get my veterans discount without any big deal. I just showed my ID card.

This store has the best costumer service!

The store is always stock well, the employees are nice and helpful and very knowledgeable. My last visit, Cashier Kandi, was very helpful.

I purchased a water heater and every employee in the process was fast, friendly and courteous.

The staff was helpful. Paul gave us a discount and when the cashier's register didn't prompt her to offer a warranty, she sought out the head cashier to make it happen.

Apparently the management of this store does not take the covid 19 virus seriously. Half of employees and customers were not wearing face masks, despite a statewide mandate to do so

Some serious issues regarding masks for employees. The associate who cut my lumber was not wearing a mask at all. The cashier who checked me out had no mask. Only about 1/2 the associates I saw during my trip were wearing a mask correctly. Some, like some MET associates, I saw had their masks down around their chins exposing their nose or their nose and mouth, and some had no masks at all. All this one day after the state governor issued a mandatory mask order for all persons in public.

Employees are helpful and store is well managed. I have had cases when I had to return goods. The return process is low stress and in one case the clerk was very helpful in locating another HD that had the materials that I needed.

HOME DEPOT ADVERTISE DISCOUNT TO OUR MILITARY , I AM RETIRED ARMY AND PURCHASED OVER $600.00 IN BUILDING SUPPLIES FOR MY HOME PROJECT AND ASK FOR MY MILITARY DISCOUNT AND WAS TOLD THEY DO NOT GIVE THE DISCOUNT ON BUILDING SUPPLIES , THIS WAS A TOTAL SHOCK CONSIDERING THEY JUST HAD ADVERTISED ON T.V. THAT MILITARY GET A DISCOUNT IN THIER STORES.

I asked for a cash returned on a debit card purchase for a leaf blower, was told that I could not get a cash refund. it would be put on my visa card. Showed my visa Debit card was still refused cash refund. Now I am told by 3 sale staff that it will take up to 7 days for my refund. Very upset. It has never taken this long at Home Depot for a refund to show up on my debit/credit card.

People are very friendly and courteous also store was very organized and clean.

The store is clean fully stocked with essential hardware and the staff is great and very helpful from the time I enter the building to the time I check out. Flooring, paint, and tool rental departments are stupendous with the amount of help I needed.

Great large store and great staff

Would have given it a zero if it was an option! Very very disappointed in my visit/pick-up spending over $700 to be told a week later that my things are not in stock! Customer service throughout this experience and upon arrival was non existent!! Completely unacceptable will definitely be contacting corporate offices!
