Rude cashier that denied the disabled veterans discount I’ve been getting on everything I buy there for years. Aisles jammed with junk. Couldn’t navigate a lumber cart through the lumber department because of it.

I have been shopping at the Bay City, Mi. Home Depot store for several years to improve my home and yard and have always received the best recommendations and advice. The team of associates and managers in Bay City are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable to customers and each other. It’s such a pleasure to shop somewhere where the employees are outgoing and happy to assist customers. I will continue to shop at Home Depot and strongly recommend my family and in-laws to do so also.

I purchase a great deal of products from this particular store. It is very handy to my residence. But concerning the return policy - it is extremely liberal but I do have a receipt, so I have never experience a 'turn away'

I've been to Home Depot in Bay City twice now this week getting supplies to decorate my store! (Too much for me to haul at once) I have had such awesome help, most notable was Troy! Was a great manager you have in him! All the employees were amazing from the cashier to the fork truck driver. Thank you so much and keep up the great work!!

I have developed meaningful relationships throughout each departments with exceptional employees who are knowledgeable, witty, and friendly always ready to assist me and other customers. I have gained valuable knowledge as well as developed skills because of their willingness to share what they know.

Every single time I’ve visited this store over the last 10+ years I’ve been very pleased with my visit.

I have been looking for kitchen cabinet hardware for several months. Today was the last day I had to find the hardware. I was extremely surprised and happy to find the perfect hardware. I love the unique color combination (black and nickel) and the quality.

Whenever I go into this location I know I'll be able to find what I need, and the staff is always there to help.

Employees regularly avert their eyes so as to not make eye contact do they don't have to help you. I watched employees tuck around corners so they didn't have to help. Employees like to socialize in groups and act upset when you have to ask for help.

The Bay City location is always clean and stocked and the employees are so pleasant and helpful!

We always find what we were looking for. If we personally couldn't find it, someone would find it for us. The Bay City MI Store is clean with wide aisles and organized extremely well.

The Bay City Home Depot has many wonderful, knowledgeable people that make shopping there a great experience. It's clean and organized. I love shopping there.

Very poor customer service. Shopped for over an hour and was greeted by ONE associate. No flat carts available in outside garden. No one offered to help load my purchase. 48 retaining wall block. Cashier complained about her job the whole time she was ringing us up. Never thanked us for shopping. Please don't judge Home Depot by this store. I have had good customer service at many Home Depots but the customer service at this Home Depot is less than pathetic. Shame on the store manager and ASMs for allowing this culture to exist in their store. This is a direct reflection of their managing abilities.
