I bought a freezer and when I got home to unbox I found it to be damaged!!!so I returned it for another only to unbox and find a dent in the door!!!🤬

After making my purchase I went home and loaded some items on top (laundry basket & cooler and cardboard box with lamps lying on sides) to head up north. Took a sharp turn and the boxes shifted as the plastic wrap was not enough to secure to pallet.

Everyone here from the manager to associates to dept leads all showing so much effort in service of their customers. Store was super busy and had some hectic circumstances. Thru it all they showed so much kindness and empathy to every customer they interacted with. Was so impressed with how professional and helpful they remained thru very tough situations!!! Truly an inspiring team!!!! ☆☆☆☆☆

not my fault you're working Easter afternoon

product I tried was inferior but Home Depot stood behind what they sold

I always feel so noticed when in this Home Depot. Any staff I walk by acknowledge me or ask if I need help finding anything and when I do ask for help they always have the answer! I always get the Best quality of service at Home Depot compared to the other home improvement store in the area.

THIS IS THE BEST HOME DEPOT I HAVE EVER SHOPPED AT AND I HAVE BEEN TO MANY. THIS IS THE GOLD STANDARD FOR ALL STORES TO STRIVE TO MATCH!

THE BAY CITY MICHIGAN STORE HAS THE NICEST, MOST CHEERFUL AND HELPFUL STAFF I HAVE EVER SEEN. IT IS ALSO SPOTLESS AND WELL TAKEN CARE OF. I LOVE THIS STORE!

Employees are very friendly and helpful

I had a very helpful man in the power tool department find me good deals on a couple of battery-operated tools for my workshop. Both were even on sale! Then--had a great cashier check out my purchases! I am a happy guy, and can't wait to try out my new toos!

We went in to purchase a saw, ended up getting the saw, two batteries and a charger, THEN a FREE smaller Ryobi saw. The assistant let us know about the free saw !

Not something you get now days but this store and it employees really showed me what customer service really is. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I will be going back again

After 25 years the major purchase of a vinyl floor was nerve wracking for me. I shopped many stores and only Home Depot and their great employees went above and beyond to make this a wonderful and pleasant experience! From lumber, to home improvement, to floor persons, to Miss Ariel (a manager), the flooring department, right down to service department to checkout! This was a pleasant experience! Thank you! Our floor is beautiful!

Product purchased was top quality. Price and availability was unbeatable.

This is our local store. It is close, convenient, and everyone is always very friendly!

I was at the lawn and garden section ( outside) of this store, and in no time, a helpful young man approached me and asked what I needed, then he advised me what to get for my needs. He was informative, but not overwhelmingly feeding me with garden education (hah!) He also instructed me how to check out , and he and another associate took care of the loading of my purchase into my car. I asked for their names for good reviews because of their fast and efficient work- plus good demeanor.

Amber in lumber is the Best

This store always has what I need, I did encounter a rude girl with glasses behind the paint counter, but a gentleman stepped in and was very friendly and helpful.

We buy most of items from this store for home improvements, fairly satisfied. Most of the workers are very helpful. This guy took his time finding me a cart for the patio chairs I was purchasing, I was very thankful.

I am redecorating one of my bathrooms which does include painting. I wouldn't buy any other brand then... BEHR. I am always happy with it.
