Getting the staff to cut special dimensions for my home projects is a breeze! The cashier tonight told me to get out of a line, and she would take me right away! She was very pretty, so pleasant, and thanked me for the business with a special gift!

Employees would rather sit on their butts or be focused on tasks than actually addressing actual customers. Could not get help as I walked around the store and nobody addressed me even once… until I found an item on clearance that was listed for $.01. Then THREE employees made it a point to follow me around the store telling me I couldn’t buy the item!

Darell was rude ! He was disrespectful! He didn’t know what he was doing, refused to give me his name until I asked 3 times. He walked away each time I asked a question or asked him to do a certain task during my install. Home Depot needs to find better representation for their Conpmay on the field!!! They ended up leaving my dryer at my front door and installed nothing!

Every time I visit this store, I have a pleasant experience and everyone is always super helpful

Mary is so upbeat with a smile on her face all the time when checking out of the garden center. She makes you want to come back which is exactly what you want. Went last week and she was off and the checkout experience left something to be desired after dealing with Mary over the last 30 years. She is the best!

Associate was good with there knowledge of the area

I happen to shop here weekly sometimes more than once a week. There is always more than one thing I end up getting and product availability, variety and competitive prices makes it easy not to go shopping for same product to competition stores. Love HD Credit Card as it lets you return/exchange for upto 1 full year without receipt. Staff here acts like its their own enterprise, fully committed to listen, support and assist, if and when you need it.

Needed some parts. Found three - needed four. Charlotte in Customer Service was of tremendous help. Checked inventory and called two other stores. Please double her salary and give her a month off with pay.

Purchased a new refrigerator from Home Depot. Had refrigerator delivered. Delivery drivers stated it was not their responsibility to install doors with the hinges on the correct side. Driver stated that is a homeowners responsibility.

I just finalized my exterior storm door purchase today. I am excited and look forward to receiving the new doors. No pics yet.

When we think about outstanding customer service, we automatically think about Chick-fil-A however, today Home Depot exceeded the level of customer service that I couldn’t have even imagine. unfortunately, my Builder was supposed to meet me at the store he didn’t, and it created frustration for me, but I was greeted with such pleasant personality. They assist me every step of the way until I completed my checklist. They exude such a level of competent , compassion and understanding, and did not make me feel ignorant of the situation . Somethings I simply didn’t know. Hats off to Home Depot on Battleground. I will continue to shop at your store and hoping this review will cause others to shop there as well! However, if they experience what I experience, they two will return. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They have products to start your spring garden. And plenty of seeds to start your vegetable garden for you and the family.

Customer service was top notch, we forgot to scan a email coupon at checkout and went to Customer service to see if we could get it applied, Imani at Customer service was the absolute best because she took the time to re enter every item to apply our coupon, thank you so much Imani

I had to return to the store to get my Military Discount applied to a purchase. Alpa, the Customer Service clerk was patient and helped me get my discount.

Three of the same item, matching the description of the price tag below them were stacked behind each other (as items for sale typically are arranged) - the price upon check out was $15 higher. The specific price for the item was not even attached to any item remotely matching the product in the area (all same dollar prices ended in .97 and we were charged a price that ended in .98). First cashier “did what she could” and knocked $8 off. After I left, I wasn’t having that mess. Customer service addressed the issue, so thanks, but this is NOT the first time we’ve dealt with misleading price labels and your staff’s unwillingness to acknowledge the mistake, honor the price, and/or take steps to ensure no one else is fleeced. Scammy and scummy.

I appreciated the courteous and helpful way I was treated when I went looking for several different items, from cleaners to rolled adhesive foam stripping and kerosene for my emergency heater. Not only was I told where the items might be but the helpful employee took me to what I was looking for and couldn’t seem to find myself.

horrible store, no cashiers except at customer service

I had an extended time on a warranty issue with a fan motor. Home Depot understood and agreed the time to repair was too long. Thanks for the New Fan Home Depot

If you want good service, tell them Faheem sent you and if they can’t help you that they can get him and he will!!!

Quick and efficient and cost effective

I needed to get 3 big bags of pine bark nuggets but I had my big german shepherd puppy with me and didn't know how I would push the cart and manage her too so I asked a young employee cleaning up in the garden area to help me. He didn't hesitate. He said "I sure can". A lady at the register heard our conversation and offered to check me out while he was getting my mulch. I was done and ready for him when he came with my order. It was a quick and efficient transaction. I will remember their kindness and work ethic.

While checking out I found your procedure for using a military discount had been changed. The cashier gave me a paper to sign up. While I was entering my information, she continued to serve customers. Then I needed some help and she readily knew the answers. She helped me and kept people behind me quickly serviced. I was relieved that I was not holding up other customers.

Philip at this Home Depot in Greensboro provided exceptional customer service. He took an unusual difficult situation and turned it into a opportunity to provide superior customer service. He’s a one in a million employee.
