Exemplary staff always makes it a point to be helpful kind and friendly. Everyone I deal with on a day-to-day basis, as I am in the store often as a professional tradesman, always makes it a point to ask what I've got going on, see if there's any way they can help in the store, but more importantly they do it in a genuine manner with a polite and professional attitude and the overall atmosphere is a friendly one and one that often gives me a little positive reinforcement in my day-to-day goings.

Overall my shopping experience today was awesome. The store was neat and clean and staff members throughout the store were extremely helpful. They most generally always have what I want and need at this location. Today's shopping experience at this location was no different. I even found extras that I didn't know I wanted.

I have always enjoyed shopping at the Auburn Home Depot and normally can find what I need OR they will order. I ordered a small humidifier, this year I went backand the lady was great in finding the proper filter for me. It was shipped to my home easily.

The Home Depot of Auburn is very helpful and convenient. We had a new home built, and purchased most of our fixtures, appliances, and other finish work here. If they do not have an item you are looking for in stock, you can order online and have it delivered direct to the store or your home, no hassle. Or, you can order an in-store item online and they will have it ready for you to pick up a bit later. This was a huge time saver for us. The employees truly seek to assist, and can make recommendations to help you find what you need. Also, the return process is simple and hassle free. We often purchased more than we needed to save trips to the store during a project. The staff is always friendly and makes all transactions easy - whether a purchase or a return. Going to the Auburn Home Depot is always a pleasant experience!

A great store for all of my shopping for our home. Employees are great and very helpful!!We still need a lot more for our home...we have to redo the utility room and the small bath....its never ending!!

In the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic, I appreciate that the Auburn Home Depot has taken measures to keep their staff and clients safe. The employees are always pleasant and helpful, but even more so during this stressful time.
