I'm planting a garden and trees and landscaping. I have recently visited four different hardware stores. The customer service I received at this store today was fabulous! I interacted with four different employees and they were all courteous and efficient. The employee who assisted me in the garden center patiently answered all my questions and helped me find the specific products that would work for my circumstances. He also helped me load the items in my SUV. This store is clean, is stocked with a great variety of products and has fabulous customer service!

I have never had a bad experience at home depot... When remodeling our house a year ago every staff member was so helpful and courteous... Went out of their way to assist us...Wouldn't go anywhere else for our home needs. When we went recently we had different staff asking if I needed help finding anything... It was such a good shopping experience.

Very friendly employees, and helpful

This is probably one of the cleanest Home Depot’s I have been in. You always see employees sweeping or cleaning the floors. The employees here are very friendly from April in Customer Service, to Anne in Electrical, to Thomas in Garden and Bonni in Hardware. This store is actually an enjoyment to shop at.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my local Home Depot. I'm not a big review writer, however my last trip to Home Depot, Atascadero was so Five Star! Veronica was personable, cheerful, and over the top helpful! Thank you Veronica for making me feel special! The store always has what I need and is nice and clean.

Bryce was super helpful and had a great can-do attitude. He helped us cut down wood which was super helpful!

This store seems to carry items that Lowes in Paso Robles fails to stock.

This has to be the best Home Depot in California. All the employees are very approachable and friendly. You get greeted when you walk in and when you exit are they tell you to have a great day or night. I was taken back on how clean the store was and how even the garden area was very clean. One of the cashiers was sweeping the garden area and told me a saying that I am going to use on my employees. He said, if you have time to lean, you have time to clean. Even if an employee didn’t know where something was they would look it up, or would get a hold of someone who did.

I was in a bit of a hurry and had no problem getting assistance and checking out. The employees were helpful, friendly and attentive.

The handful of excellent employees, is in a strangle hold from management that just makes excuses for the typical brainless "home depot employee". You can never tell what your gonna get from day to day.. Good luck and may the force be with you at this store.

Store was so clean even the bathrooms the employees are so welcoming and polite they help you find exactly what u need.

I want to recognize Michael who helped me load my truck in the parking lot. He had a great attitude and was very helpful. I had 2 base cabinets and a laminate top to load. He was friendly and helpful. I appreciated his efforts. Thank you Michael.

Great store, easy access off the highway and it has a great selection of products. Its a great store for small and large projects! Great customer service!

Loved this Home Depot, we had to travel an hour because the 2 closest stores did not have ride on lawn mowers. We called before to get information and stock. Doug was great! He even called back promptly. So went up there to purchase &pick up new Lawnmower. Corey dug out the one we wanted from back top. Corey was so nice! Doug showed up to start work and was surprised to see us.we were coming earlier. Doug & Corey answered all questions, gave us tips and put together Lawn mower. Doug Even saw me eyeing BBQs. Bought that too! It was nothing like a box store, everyone was like a neighbor! Loved it would shop there if it wasn’t so far.

Everyone at this location is always friendly and willing to help. They make sure they've answered all your questions and need assistance with anything else before going on about their work day. I'll go out of my way to come to this store over another that is more convenient.

Customers service desk personnel rude. Waited 45 minutes after being sent to the pro desk instead of where my online order said it would be. Had to come back a second time no one at the desk, finally a guy named Tom who doesn’t work that department helped me. Thanks Tom for not being lazy

All the employees at this store Are always friendly,Courteous and willing to help. I shop this store 3 to 4 times a week. And it’s always a good experience.

This store is well stocked and if I have a question I can always find an employee who can help me.

GREAT STORE & LOCATION. EASY IN & OUT, ESPECIALLY TO 101 FREEWAY. WELL LAID OUT STORE. VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF. EASY CHECKOUT. AND A GREAT RETURN POLICY.

This store is clean and the employees are helpful with detail information about most projects that anyone is attempting to do. I entered the store to fine swamp cooler parts that I’m try to replace on my current one. I went to the same area that I gone to last year (in front of the store/seasonal isle) and what I was looking for I could not find. I walked around try to look on my own and I ask the lumber area employee and he directed me to the appliance. I found the location, but still no part. Wondered back to the front and ask an elder employee; he helped me and walk me to wheee I could find the part in front witch was the poly tube to supply the water to the swamp cooler. Then he walked with me to the back in plumbing to get to additional part witch was the compression insert. I still could not fine the mold stone that I suppose to be in the swamp cooler though. Overall, the employees are helpful with knowledge of the task that I’m trying to do and walked with to verify I’m getting the correct part.
