Opened and missing product, no help around the store. I was ignored and told I would have to wait for a manager, treated like I was running a scam.

I am extremely happy and satisfied, with the equipment and prices.

Saw a mower I had been searching for on clearance at this store while I was visiting relatives. Chekwas and Andy did a great job getting the mower and parts onto my truck. Andy printed out the owner's manual and supplied all the warranty information. Mayah and An did all the paperwork including helping me get a new consumer credit card for the purchase. These are exemplary employees who worked well together.

This location has the best customer service in the ProDesk area. If you're in this location make sure to stop in and see Amanda at the ProDesk

After going on a bit of a chase for a specific associate, I found Lana and although she wasn’t the expert 2 other associates told me I should look for - she was willing to help for the very beginning and made sure I had exactly what I needed!

This location is thee best Home Depot in Orlando. Everyone is so kind, gentle and willing to assist with any questions or concerns. We love coming here and we would drive far to make our way to this location due to the customer service.

Bought these for my exterior Christmas lights. Totally love them! Came back for more for our pool pumps. Set up was quick and easy and everything is controlled by the app! These are excellent!

I came to look at flooring for my church and was greeted by employee Allena who made my entire experience great enough to not only by a massive amount of flooring, yet also apply, get, and use a HD credit card the same day!!!

There were 3 employees that went above and beyond to help jump start my car. They were so willing to go above the “normal” customer service request. Jason even asked if my kids needed water or snacks. So grateful for friendly, caring people and great customer service.

Joe, the Assistant Manager, at the Apopka store was outstanding. Helped me with what I need to build stands for an obstacle course for my daughter's 3 year old classroom. He took the time to show me what I could use and even help build the stands for me. Joe went above and beyond. This is a first.at Home Depot. Will shop at this store again.
