This is a special store with special people who makes you feel special. They make me wanna shop here all the time. My experience here was wonderful and I think if go there you would feel the same way.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the service I received from the Doors/Storm doors department. The employee I spoke to was very helpful and answered all my questions expertly and gave me GOOD options to consider. The employee RGB97E was a pleasure to work with and complete my order. He is a very positive Home Depot employee and shoulb be considered for a raise for his great customer service and follow-through.

Overall, I generally have a great experience at my local Home Depot location. Most items are readily in stock and I am able to get help loading my garden supplies. They have brought in extra help to load from the garden area. They are very friendly even when loading heavy bags of soil and mulch. The cashiers have also been patient and friendly.

The layout of the store makes products easy to find and several of the associates went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed before the end of the day even though it was my fault for forgetting the bolts that were needed to complete my project. Thanks for making my experience a little less of a hassle and for serving me well! Judith is super customer-centric!

The store is always stocked and more than one item of what you need. The store has such a variety of items that I usually leave with more than what I came in to buy. Items are well marked and displays are attractive.
