Well running late, i am SO glad the pro desk was open ! Tall Michele working at the awesome.................... OF COURSE the pro desk was there to help me quickly and effeciently get my order processed !!

Our cashier, Jazlyn was great. The store is filled with fantastic items but falls a bit short on orange aprons. You can never find one when you need one! We usually need to find someone to ask a question.

returns desk i have to give a shout out to Valeria !.... Wow smiles !! and polite and quick at her computer ! Bet ALL departments would love to have her work for them !!!

Well this was christmas eve....and Sarai was at the pro desk smiling helping customers ! Sarai as always was polite , smiling AND very efficient !

Pro Desk Raul and Marrisa were supreme job at getting my order figured out !!! AND back to work in a very Satisfactory manor !

THE STORE MANAGER IS A PIECE OF GARBAGE THAT ACTS LIKE HE IS BETTER THAN THE PEOPLE SHOPPING THERE.

This store has some of the nicest and knowledgeable people around from the management to the paint dept. I recommend this store highly and I buy all my supply’s here! I restored a 2+2 condo using only this store over a three year period in my spare time. I always found products I was looking for!

Since this store is right off the freeway, it gets very busy. I have never ever had a bad customer service experience there in all the decades of shopping at this location. Especially with the pandemic, they seem to be more appreciative and happy to serve. Yesterday I went to get a leaf blower on sale. It wasn't on the shelf, but the guy who worked in the garden machines went out of his way to spend the time looking elsewhere in storage and finally found it. He made my day and saved me money and hours of picking up leaves. This place is my first thought when I need something for the house.

Wow the pro desk is awesome Raul was order some windows for me, Tall Michele came over and did a great job helping with some computer format things !!! Then Marissa helped us men out again ! (raul and myself) finish the process !!!

Jay out in the front loading dock has to be ....one of the best men you have had out front. Getting people (like me) unloaded for returns AND load my heavy merchandise and on my way !!!!

I have to shout out for Kelly ( tall man !) I think hes a mamager. Anyway i was at first not happy NOBODY was working the pickup counter. Two girls were busy doing returns.Well Kelly came back from helping a customer outside.I asked short help today. Kelly said yes how can i help.Two minutes later he handed me my receipt. About 4-5 minutes he came back with my 14 foot ladder smiling ! Well i wish you had 50 more employees like Kelly !!!

That pro desk is run so well by Raul !!!! Sari stayed late from lunch to help me...Awesome job !!! Then new tall Michele helped out !!! Then decided to order a ladder and Matt did a great job.....after the computer froze and had to ring it up again !!!

I gave this store a five STAR review simply because of ESPERANZA who works in the paint department went above and beyond helping me find a small plastic cover. ESPERANZA saved me time and money. Thank you HOME DEPOT for hiring women like ESPERANZA.

The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. I have several options for my shopping needs in this area but Home Depot is always on point

Matt at Pro Desk did great sold me a warranty. Marissa had Matt call a guy named John was a great help in finding it in the system....NOT easy to do ! .....The Pro desk leader Raul came back and confirmed itwas correctly done.

My name is Phillip this was my first time at this Home Depo. I had a guy named Raul at the phone sales desk. I will have to say everybody was polite at the phone order desk! I WOULD come back to this store again !!

Raul at the dependably pro desk again had to beat these goofy computers. The computer wiz Marissa was there to throw us a lifeline ! Then poor Raul had to go 1/2 way thru the store to print invoices for me.! 10 stars today for the pro desk !!!!!!!!!!

The Anaheim Depot was clean, and products were easy to find. This was also the first Home Depot location out of multiple locations I've been to in the last several weeks, where employees actually acknowledged your presence, asked if you needed assistance, provided professional assistance, and were genuinely friendly.
