Home Depot is the place to go for water heaters! They are priced right and stock is always great. Their general plumbing supply stock is always great. This is my one stop shop for all things related to my business!

I bought this a week ago and am so happy that i did it.The price was so affordable also the space is so comfy we can fit anything. If you willing to buy a refrigerator I suggest to go Home Depot and look for the LG brand refrigerator it works really good.

I went to the self check out to use my military discount and the girl said that it was not I i working and go to the regular checkout. . After scanning my code and checking out all my items, I got no discount for any of the 5 items. I said that this was not right and she just said that these items must not qualify. I have bought some of them before and they do.

I walked up to the paint counter today to inquire about a particular gallon of paint. There was a young girl (Cyara) working on a project behind the counter, but she still looked up with a smile and asked "is there something I can help you with?" I showed her a pic of a gallon of paint I was looking for or something comparable. She responded "it's right over here let me grab you a gallon", she stopped what she was doing, walked over to the paints, grabbed a gallon of the one I wanted and brought it back to the counter. She then asked me if I wanted it tinted (I didn't), she put in in the paint shaker for a few minutes, handed me the paint with a couple paint stir sticks and asked if I need any any thing else. I was gobsmacked. I'm use to going places and associates acting bothered you're even asking a question and generally just pointing you in a direction. This young lady is the example all retailers wish they had to bring customers back to their location.

Barb was the employee who waited on me. If you ever go to HD, I hope you have the same experience I did. Thank you, Barb.

Employees are always friendly, well stocked, clean store, beautiful plants!!

They grossly over ordered products for my install. Over 200% on transition moldings and tried to make me purchase thousands of dollars in material and labor that weren't needed like quarter round when I was already paying to have baseboards replaced. They put it back on my order even after I had it removed the day before paying. Then told me just purchase and if they are not needed you can return. I refused to purchase the quarter round, I wonder how many baseboard jobs they have done that too. Guess what I was right all the transition moldings weren't needed and when I went too return they charged me a restock fee for their gross over order. And too top it all they dismissed my concerns without listening at the store. And don't be fooled by amount on keypad for your return when you sign. They show you full price on keypad without the restock fee when you sign and then clawback their restock fee so check your receipt.

Vicki help me return a broken baseboard heater, and ordered a new one to ship to my home. When noone else would. She made it happen! Very greatful.

I needed a new weed whacker and saw the Ryobi display and wasn't sure what was the best thing to buy. Susan, the sales clerk, tried to call someone who could answer my questions, but nobody answered the phone, or the overhead speaker. But Susan came over and helped me.

There are multiple Home Depots I could choose to make my own, in proximity to where I live. However, I CHOOSE to drive a little farther than I would otherwise need to--in order to shop nearly exclusively at THIS Home Depot location. Throughout the ongoing renovation of one of Spring's original homes, this team has become my "Cheers" family--often greeting me by name and--without exception, assisting me in project after project with dedication, expertise, and excellence. I couldn't ask for more--from floor associates, to Customer Service, to Management!

This store is clean, well organized,. My cashier (Larry) was great. He was efficeint, friendly and patient. The prices are good in the store, and the selection is impressive.

Personally I thought the store was about typical for a Home Depot but Larry was especially helpful and friendly throughout the entire trip! Give that man a raise!

I am a professional residential builder/remodeler and I am lucky to currently live close to this store. The Pro-Desk staff at this store are Great! I am always disappointed by the staff at other stores both here in Colorado Springs as well as Denver and Castlerock. I'm never disappointed by my favorite crew at this store tho. I'm gonna miss them when I move.

Larry went above and beyond at the register

Friendly and very helpful staff. Definite kudos to my cashier Larry, who checked out everything without me lifting a finger. It may seem small, but I’m disabled and have a hard time lifting things. I will definitely be a returning customer.
