We brought 3 of these fans. Easy to install, puts out a good amount of air on high. The light bulbs are small but 40 watts a piece so 4 of them are 160 watts so a decent amount of light but not great.

We bought this 52 inch fan for our living room and 3 of the 44 inch versions for our bedrooms in our new construction house. They look beautiful! I am pleased with how great they look since they were very budget friendly. They are quiet and give off a good amount of light. I was concerned about the light bulbs they came with but they're not bad at all. Hugs the ceiling nice to give plenty of room to walk underneath. Fan blades are a nice cherry wood color. The construction workers installed them for me so I cannot attest to ease of installation but I didnt hear any complaints. The only thing I don't love are the chain pulls, they are a little ugly, but that's easy to change out for a couple bucks. Overall, I'm satisfied.

This fan was the easiest fan I have ever put it. The beautiful part of this fan is the mounting plate. Its about 10 inches wide. So if you have a wobbly ceiling mounting box it made it solid. It took me 15 to do it start to finish. Air speed is very nice. It feels like any other fan. This is a $60.00 fan. Don't expect the same fit and finish of a $400 fan. This fan comes in many different finishes. For the money you cannot go wrong!

Great fan, easy to install. I liked the base plate, because it is sturdier that the majority of fans that i have installed.

The Clarkston 52 in. Indoor White Ceiling Fan with Light Kit was a perfect addition to our expansive and open rec room! Installation was very easy and all necessary instructions and hardware were a snap to follow. There were NO issues with this fan which moves an abundance of air and is absolutely silent. It was an economical addition that helped with a common need for spaces such as our.

I was what I wanted, really like it, had to have someone install for me, but he did it quickly and said it was easy to work with.

We actually ended up getting the 44" fan because of the smaller light bulb size on this one. The 44" fan is a good little fan. Looks great and moves the air. We wondered if changing for 52" to 44" inch would make a huge difference. It didn't.

Overall installation of the fan is pretty simple for someone has done this before. However, it may need some improvement on the install instruction booklet for people using this as their first project installation.

I have 2 of these. The one in the bedroom hums, the one in the living room is very noisy, which is why I came back to this website to see about getting some info about fixing that or if it will have to be replaced, they are 1 year old and have always been noisy. The noise is unbearable in the living room, the bedroom is barely tolerable. I would rate the value at 5 if they were quiet, but if I have to replace them there is a negative value in that. A contractor installed them so don't know if there were issues.

Fan has small blades, not the greatest fan, but it is nice looking.
