Easy to install. Makes the room 98% darker. Easy to raise and lower. Stops anywhere you want it to. This was our second shade of this type and there are plans for more.The first one was the same size as the inside of the window. Does not get the room as dark. This time I followed the directions before the purchase and got them 3" wider. I bought these online but do most of my purchases at Home Depot store. There is plenty of help from the staff in all the Home Depots. My wife says she wants some of her ashes spread in the parking lot so I will visit here a lot.

Bought these because of the price. We had to cut one to size, which worked fine. We do not move these up and down very often, so I cant tell you how they hold up with that. But they look great!

I installed them myself. Took less than 10 minutes each. They look very nice in our office and I love the cordless feature. (I'm a female office manager.)

yeah they were hard to install, yeah it's hard to open them sometimes. but have you ever priced custom cordless woven wood blinds?! these are a steal and we get compliments on them all the time.

What a waste of my hard earned free time that I spent installing these pieces of junk. Bought 9 and 4 have broken within 1 month. Pulling all down and returning.

I bought 10 of these blinds, within 2 months one broke. Within 5 months, another one broke. I realized after the 2nd one broke that the 'mechanism' that lets the blind move up and down by touching the bottom is made of clear fishing line. Don't waste your money - I'm taking all 10 back to Home Depot and getting a refund.

At the time we ordered these shades, there was only one review and it was 'outstanding'. Reluctantly I ordered them, hoping they held up to the advertisement. Installed them with relative ease. Pleased that all five shades were a color match. Overjoyed about the level of privacy they offer in the evenings. You almost wouldn't know our lights were on in the house!! And here we are, two months later, with 2 out of 5 shades broken. One partially recoils; one won't lift at all. They are used by careful adults twice a day - once to lift, once to close. All of the positives don't mean a thing if they don't work.

I like the way this looks, but out of 5 shades have needed to return 2 due to faulty mechanism (one side would not stay up.) I did order replacements, because I like the way they look.

I had ordered these for my sons room and lived them. We decided to order for our famuly room. Well 4 out of 5 are way way off as far as the wooden pull handle on the bottom. They look ridiculous. And while installed perfectly level, they are uneven by a lot on the bottom. I am going to Home Depot and having them special order me new ones hoping they were just defective but with only 5 days until Thanksgiving i am very very unhappy right now.

We bought 2 of these shades and both broke in less than 3 months with minimal use. After the first one I thought it was a fluke but then the second one broke a couple weeks later. I'm very disappointed in this product.

Easy install. They are expensive looking A real value. Love the cordless feature. Nice clean look and easy operation. They are very heavy.
