We also have some trouble-shooting tips that may get your vacuum working like it should.Your thermal protector may have tripped. We recommend you check if there is a clog in the air path.The most common area is the filter. Just remove the dirt cup, take off the lid and check if it's dirty. If it is, just rinse it under warm water and let it dry for 24 hours. If that doesn't help, you could detach the hose and extension wand and use a wire utensil to clear out any debris.
