On our 2nd one in 1 year
When we first got this is was great. But within a few months it just stopped working. Turned it off and wouldn't turn on again. Got a free replacement about 6 weeks later, that was in April. Second one just stopped again today. Same problem. Like the machine and features but not the quality. For the money it should last more than 7 months.

Do not Buy this vacuum
Second one we bought also just stopped working without warning.

We also have some trouble-shooting tips that may get your vacuum working like it should.Your thermal protector may have tripped. We recommend you check if there is a clog in the air path.The most common area is the filter. Just remove the dirt cup, take off the lid and check if it's dirty. If it is, just rinse it under warm water and let it dry for 24 hours. If that doesn't help, you could detach the hose and extension wand and use a wire utensil to clear out any debris.
