I had ordered a sample previous to my purchase, so the wallpaper was exactly as I expected. I'm using it on a dining room wainscot, so the area is relatively small -- which is why the 3D effect of this pattern works well to give some "punch" to what would otherwise appear smaller and insignificant. Beautiful!
