After going through a master bathroom remodel that took us 8 months to get finished, the sinks both started leaking after only a week of use. When we called the plumber out to fix the leaks, we found that the metal in both drains had cracked under the lip of the drain about 1/4 of the way around. VERY poor quality, and now we are stuck paying a plumber to fix/replace.

I have owned this product for 3 years and my sink has a crack in it. I looked into the warranty and it is only 2 years. That short of a warranty seems to say how much faith they have in their craftsmanship.

This vanity is big and heavy. We like it a lot don’t get me wrong, but be ready to install it really well on a solid wall. I ended up getting my own hardware as the ones included did not seem satisfactory.

I loved the product. Well made, sturdy and looks good. Now the bad news. The installation instructions were almost nonexistent. Only a tiny drawing you couldn't interpret. It also implied the vanity should be installed on drywall with drywall anchors they provided. It's pretty heavy and suspended so there's no way I was going to do that. We also had to return the first one because the top was shattered into 20 pieces when delivered (it was poorly packaged). Home depot customer service was great and got us a replacement. Their suppliers on the other hand were beyond incompetent. They were rude, constantly changing the pickup/delivery times. When they finally picked up the item for return after 4 cancellations we found out why it was broken. They literally picked it up and threw it into the truck (it rolled several times) and probably destroyed the part that was intact.

It is difficult to review this product. Looking at the color description and also inquiring to the factory and Home Depot store we were assured that it was "gray". Upon its delivery, we found that it was "brown" with some "gray "tints and light gray back ground . We are now returning it. We have reordered a white vanity.

The door/drawer colors do not match each other. Receive a replacement set and they still did not match.

Came in broken first time and they took it back no problem. 2nd one perfect and looks great!!
