Entire right side of the frame rusted out within 1 year on two loungers. What an entire waste of money. Also, fabric cushions began to melt in the sun, literally. We have the entire Woodbury collection since 2013 and no issues with any other pieces.

Very nice looking chairs for the price. Very easy to put together. It's nice that you can add what ever color cushions you want. The only downfall was one of the pieces of wicker string was torn at the top of one of my chairs, and it very visible.

The chairs arrived two days before Memorial Day 2019. I had no delivery or packing issues. The chairs were immediately assembled and put into use. The chairs are beautiful!. The cushions are a deeper and richer red which compliments the dark brown wicker, the online pics do not do them justice. The cushions are thick and comfortable. Based on the online description, the chairs met my expectations. Assembly took about 45 mins, applying liquid wax to the legs as recommended for maximum protection against UV rays, salt or damp air adds extra time. Connecting the legs to the chairs is straight forward, eight bolts, two washers per bolt for each chair, done! The chairs will be used for lounging on the front porch. Hopefully, I will be able to update this review after extended use.

It's hard to tell looks and quality of any product online. But these chairs far exceeded my expectations. These chairs are beautiful. The price was in my opinion a bargain!!

Wonderful quality, thick cushions. We look forward to many years of use. The assembly was a bit of a bummer but for 2 chairs took about 2.5hrs. I’ve already had several compliments on them.

Chairs are nice, and quality appears to be good. Not the most comfortable chairs but they look good. I would rate them higher but disappointed that the bottom bar the legs screw into was bent when delivered. This is obviously because of the way it's boxed, so it easily can be damaged like this if weight is put on top of the box. Should be boxed better. As a matter of full disclosure, I did not contact Home Depot about it and bent it back leaving a few of the wicker wraps torn, but it's underneath so not noticeable. The problem with things like this is paying for it to be delivered to your door, then having to either ship it or take it to the store when somethings wrong. Takes away all of the benefit of on line shopping. Oh well...

This is a great-looking product and the chairs seem to be very sturdy. The only problem I have is the density of the cushions - they are not what I expected at this price point - a bit too soft for my comfort. That being said, I do like this product and would probably buy it again.

I really want to love these chairs. They are both beautiful and comfortable, but unfortunately, we discovered that two of the cushions were defective/deformed when we unpacked them. I am trying to work with Home Depot to get the cushions replaced, but it has been a challenging experience with many emails sent and phone calls made, but still no resolution. If and when I get the cushions replaced, I will be happy with the purchase, but until then, I cannot recommend this product.

I purchased the chairs along with the love seat and absolutely love them. Not only are they beautiful, but they seem to be well made...cushions are firm, but comfy. I also love the color, it's not too bright, just the right pop of color with the rich brown tone.

I love my patio chairs. Ordered two lounge chairs, two ottomens and a couch. Easy to put together. Slipcovers were tight but that is how they should be. Good quality. Fit our sunroom perfect. Love Love Love.

Awesome and perfect compliment to the two other Woodbury chairs on my lanai. Easy to put together and easy instructions to follow. Did it myself and I am 60 year old female. Shipping was fast. Love them. Changed pillows as think those chairs should come with square pillows and not lumbar pillows. Other than that comfy sturdy easy to assemble and nice addition to my lanai. Very happy.

The chairs are easy to assemble. The cushions and the fabric are excellent quality. The frame and base are aluminum, so they should hold up well for many years near the ocean. The only drawback is that the chair back should be at least 6 to 12 inches higher so that you can lean your head back.

I wasn't expecting to put the WHOLE chair together - perhaps I missed the small print? Once I did put the chair together, and it was pretty easy, I really like it! The chaise is super comfy. I bought a cover for it too.

I was drawn to the look of this collection, "Woodbury" by Hampton Bay but couldn't figure out what pieces would work for us around our small backyard pool and deck. After taking quite a bit of time looking around at the options, I settled on the rectangle table, two benches and four patio lounge chairs with two ottomans. This is absolutely perfect as with grandchildren we can seat ten at the dining table, four on each side and two on the ends. We don't have to store 6 of the dining chairs that comes with the 7 piece set (which thrills my husband) and it all fits together well without taking up tons of room. It was easy to assemble, but save yourself time and hand muscles, and use a socket wrench with the appropriate sized bit. Took me twenty minutes of hand tightening with the little wrench provided in the kit, but only five minutes with the socket wrench we own. So easy and self-explanatory. I've read complaints about the size, but I think they're great for the average person. Not too small unless you're about 6 foot three inches or so but then what furniture fits anyway? I am not sure about the durability of the fabric as we've only had these pieces for two weeks but so far great. The sand color is a good description. Not too dark and not white. I purchased navy nautical throw pillows as it fits with my pool motif. I am very happy with this entire collection and highly recommend it.

The photos of the product online did not do the lounge justice. It is beautiful, and it is quite comfortable. I also appreciate how sturdy it is, as I am a big guy, and it fits me quite nicely. It was a bit of a struggle to assemble, and I had to struggle to line up all of the sections. The only reason for the 4-star and not a 5-star rating is the fact that one of the side pieces came with the wicker unravelling. I called the number provided and after a brief hold spoke with someone who assured me a replacement piece would be shipped to my home. I received an additional email the following day informing me that the part was on back order and would not be shipped until mid-May. Still, it is a beautiful addition to our back yard, and I am looking forward to years of use.

We discovered that an odd little office/craft and hobby/whatever room directly off of the master bedroom of the house we purchased was, in reality, a balcony that a previous owner had had framed in. We were intrigued by the idea of having a "private" patio and when we recently had the house re-sided we had the contractor restore the balcony. The house sits on a small hill and faces north-west with a nice view overlooking many of the trees and other homes in the area. The view is further enhanced due to the master bedroom being located on the second floor. The combination of being on a hill and the second-floor location makes it a truly private balcony as it is difficult to see if anyone is up there from the street below. We began looking at various patio lounge sets to cap off the balcony, including several collections from Hampton Bay at Home Depot. The collections offered choices of both rattan and sling-back style furniture, with or without cushions. We ended up selecting Woodbury Lounge Chairs and Ottomans(a rattan style set) for a number of reasons: 1. Selection: With the collection we could "build" the set we wanted that fit where we were putting it. There were several other sets we also liked but were given the choice of only one combination which either didn't have what we wanted (like the ottomans) or had additional pierces that wouldn't fit. 2. Selection (again): The Woodbury (and several other Hampton Bay) collections also allowed for a choice of fabrics (both color and material). This permitted us to select a color that went with the new siding (Sand) as opposed to the single color choice offered on many sets (predominantly an orange-red). 3. Comfort: The arms of the chair are wide and comfortable (have a bit of give), not like the narrow metal arms on some patio sets. The chairs also have plenty of room to get into a comfortable position - you aren't squeezed between the arms. 4. Comfort (again): The chairs come with a thick seat cushion, an equally thick back cushion and an accent pillow - all very comfortable. The ottoman has an equally thick cushion. 5. Assembly: Very easy to assemble. Simple tools included. Goes faster if you use regular hand tools or battery-powered tools. Took me no more than an hour and a half to put everything together. 6. Construction: Very well built. Solid. No wiggle. Legs are level. No wobble to the legs. 7. Price: On sale when I bought them. Even if they weren't, would still be a good price compared to other sets that would cost you more but not give you as much. 8. Warranty. One of the best I saw while comparting sets. Five years for the frame and 2 for the fabrics (both limited). Overall, extremely satisfied with the final product. Very happy with our new patio and very satisfied and pleased with the patio furniture that added the perfect final touch.

Very easy to assemble. Looks great, nice quality, great price. This is my second set. Have burgundy set on back porch with love seat. Love the set!

These chairs are very comfortable and they look great! I have the entire set including the dining table and chairs.

Because these were on sale at such a great deal when I purchased the 4 pic set, I added that's on. Great for extra seats and fill in areas. Love this set and looking to purchase another for my front porch area.

The chairs are very roomy and comfortable, just the perfect height. The seat cushions are 7 inches thick, back cushions are very plump. The chairs are not heavy so they are easy to move if you want to move them. I really like that they offer the chairs with this option to just get the chairs and cushion inserts because I did not like the ugly fabrics they offered for the slip covers. The colors are not accurate in the photo on the website. I saw the swatch samples in person at my local Home Depot and thought they were ugly colors. Instead, I bought beautiful Richloom "Muree Primrose" outdoor fabric and made my own slipcovers for the cushions. I think the resin wicker seems like good quality, a tight weave, but I'm not sure how long the metal base of the chairs would last. The metal is very lightweight and the paint coating seemed thin. I waxed them, as another reviewer suggested, but I always keep the chairs covered when it might be rainy weather. I think if you kept the chairs covered during rain or snow, that they would last longer. My only complaint about the chairs is that they don't have a matching table that is also made of resin wicker. The table that matches this set was painted metal so I didn't buy it, as I wanted a wicker style table.

We originally bought 4 of these chairs and then added 4 more after that for around our fire pit. They are very affordable and very comfy for lounging! I covered the pillows with fabric that I had already had on other pieces!!

Very good quality at a very reasonable price. Very comfortable and also a good weight.

Assembled the furniture on a rainy day in about 15 minutes. If you wax the frame as recommended, plan on more time. Use of a small ratchet speeds the assembly. Use of a cloth wrapped tack hammer aids in setting the caps on the bolt heads. We used the furniture on Columbus day weekend and really enjoyed it despite the cool weather. It is most comfortable and we look forward to using it next season!

The chairs were very easy to assemble, sturdy and well made.

We purchased the sofa, lounge chairs, and 4 dining chairs. They match each other perfectly and are beautiful on our new screen porch. The color of the Dragon Fruit upholstery is a rich rusty red, not pinkish as pictured. We are not tall people and were pleased to find that the seats are not too deep for us. Assembly was quick and easy. The appearance of the resin wicker is upscale, for half the price of similar furniture elsewhere; I did a lot of comparison shopping! The aluminum frames mean that they are sturdy but easy to move around, and will never rust. We have received many compliments on the grouping and look forward to years of enjoyment. Note that the tables in the photo are not part of the grouping purchased from HD.

The patio chairs were easy to assemble. The legs of the chairs had to be assembled but took less than 30 minutes. The chairs are a nice quality and super comfortable. I really recommend the chairs.

The quality of the chairs, table, and cushions exceeded expectations. The look and comfort are remarkable. The style and design transformed an outdoor patio area from ordinary to extraordinary.
