The bulb shields connection doesn’t work probably. I need to tape them to the fixture.I would return it if I haven’t installed it to the wall.

This item was shipped to the store. The first time the package was missing one of two batteries. The second time the packaging was complete. The batteries are round, watch-style batteries and they sit on top of each other like a pancake stack. I found that the doorbell was intermittent until I fussed with the batteries. Also the brass tarnished almost immediately out of the box. Thirdly, the "lighted" part does not light. Still, this is a heavy, nice looking doorbell and I'm ok with it.

This sensor light replaced another unit which had been installed approximately 25 years earlier. I believe the older unit was the same brand and model, so it had a nice long lifetime before the sensor unit stopped working. The new unit was very easy to install and is now working very well - very happy with the purchase!

Easy setup and works perfectly with my old Heath/Zenith door chime.

I installed the product and it seems to be "stuck" in test mode. As a result the unit comes on and off very briefly. I need to call the manufacturer for support.

This worked perfectly right out of the package. Needed to replace our old broken doorbell.

Product arrived in good condition and working order. Unfortunately, this doorbell button will only activate the basic door chime. My doorbell came with selectable chime many of which are tunes but that feature no longer works with this doorbell button

The doorbell was almost exactly the same as the old one it replaced. Setup was very easy but unfortunately it still did not work with my existing Heath Zenith wireless chime. My chime looks brand new inside and has had no battery leaks so I don't know what the issue is. Rather than spending more trying to fix it I simply added another video doorbell on that side.

it is not compatible with the programmable heath zenith wireless doorbell. i will be returning it.

It was a perfect replacement for the one that stopped working and connected to my chimes system with no problems! Less than five minutes to install and everything working again.

The plastic parts are so cheap that when the installer tried to tighten a screw the plastic broke. The whole thing had to be tossed in the garbage.

Sturdy and easy to install. The lights are much brighter than the ones I had before.

They work, simple to set up.

I got 2 of these units over a year back. Installed 1 and for some reason the other always got delayed and was in garage. Over a years time, the sensor stopped functioning. Since it was an emergency, I pulled out the spare and installed it in 10 minutes as it's easy to install. However, not sure if it any warranty holds good with the old unit? The test in the unit works however the motion movement is not sensed from 3 feet to 1 inch.... Any hope or money ill spent.

The light isn't supposed to come on during the day, but it does. I've tried switching it on and off to no avail. Also the light is set for 10 minutes, but only stays on for about 10 seconds. On a good note, the motion sensor does work, but it should stay off during the day.

Did not pay much for this nor did I get much. Lots of cheap plastic parts.Why would an outdoor fixture have plastic parts anyway?
